Breaking Dawn (The Twilight Saga, #4)

****For you dumbasses people that look up to Bella Swan and think she's an inspiration (if such people exist in the world), read this:
12 Things That The Twilight Series Taught Me
1. It's okay to abandon your parents after graduation (literally)
2. When a vampire wants to kill you, hide out on a mountain and run for your life while your boyfriend's family fight to protect you.
3. It is the most romantic and beautiful thing in the world when a guy you barely know oils your bedroom window to watch you sleep when you don't even know it.
4. Beg your boyfriend to screw you over after he asks you to marry him
5. If your boyfriend leaves you forever, it is perfectly understandable to give up on life and stop living. There is no hope of you moving on, so what's the point of existing in the world?
6. When you have two guys fight over you, choose the more perfect, beautiful, flawless one (For me, he's a possessive, controlling asshole). Do not, under any cost, choose the less beautiful, flawed guy.
7. It's okay not to have any aspirations, dreams, and goals for the future. When you have a hot sexy vampire boyfriend, it's okay to give up a promising future to be with him instead.
8. Make friends at school and then literally ignore them and pretend they don't exist. After all, your life centers around only your smokin' boyfriend.
9. When you fall in love with someone for their physical attributes or because they smell good, it is considered beautiful, undying, irreversible love.
10. If your precious gem of a boyfriend leaves you, it is alright to become an adrenaline junky, manipulate your friend into helping you conjure up hallucinations, and jump off a cliff months later.
11. Kiss your best friend in front of your fiance after repeatedly saying you don't have feelings for him.
(Saved the best for last)
12. Vampires. Sparkle.
You still love Meyer?
Update: There was this crazy Twilight fangirl the other day who was like," I want to jump off a bridge to meet Edward." Meyer, do you see what you have done?? Your venom spreaded pretty far. You Edward lovers still think the Twilight series is amazing?

The main thing the Twilight Series taught me is that a girl choosing between necrophilia and bestiality is a PERFECTLY FINE concept for a YA book.
Teresa, you practically copied and pasted the book Breaking Dawn on here for your review. Plagiarism is illegal, you know! :)
I love your review LoLBut I still love the book ,,, oh,, my heart is torn apart,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,not LoL
I love the book, but I'm not blind to its many, many, many flaws,,and your review just pointed a few,,,
I laughed my ass off LoL
How immature. So I guess your opinion is the only one that matters? So you think it's ok to resort to name calling? I would have enjoyed your review if you had not started off with the potty language. Just because you didn't like it does not mean that everyone that did like it are somehow less than you.
I love the books but to be fair if people thinks these characters are real then they clearly have problems lol
FINALLY! Other people who think the same thing as me!
THIS SAGA SUCKS ASS AND MEYER AS NO F****** TALENT!
THIS SAGA SUCKS ASS AND MEYER AS NO F****** TALENT!
Meyer has talent, or you wouldn't have read the whole damn series, now would you? She had enough talent to make you pay a pretty price to read, or check it out at your local library, huh? Look, people, Stephanie said her self that she didn't create Bella for her to be a role model for young girls. It's a STORY. It's just for fun reading. I think the reveiw is funny, but it's out of line when you say that a person has now f***** talent.
point 11 is more are less true but despite being bella pegged intelligent how could she think a person so responsible,a little insensitive,a full of life like jacob would go and die for sake of her like comitting suicide??and hence getting manipulated to get mauled and kissed....oh wait!as always she was a rattled, just like the other nerve-racking and stressed times when she should be strong like the rest of the world around are trying.....jeez
I do like the book but I agree with most of the things you say xDHowever I don't agree with the "Choose the beautiful one not the flawed one" because thats saying that she chose his based on his looks. She chose the one she loved most which is what everyone should do. They shouldn't choose the flawed one just for the fact they are flawed and thus won't often be chosen over the perfect one. It's about love nothing else.
Other than that. Perfect review :')
I like the book and agree with most of what you say except the part where she hides and let's the Cullen's do everything for her. In the whole series she was always trying to help out and they wouldn't let their because they said she would get hurt and not letting her do anything.
I wish I could dislike this. Although these are common points readers bring up- many are taken out of context and manipulated to sound dramatically worse. For many of these, there's a reason or more information to these. What about Jacob going against her will and kissing her? When initially Charlie was glad but later discussed with Bella how wrong that is? Or Bella discussing it for pages on end about consent and how disgusting the act was.
SHE IS A HERO. In her situation, would YOU be brave? Would YOU fight for what you believe in? She is a hero, and your the dumb one if you can realize it.
Also commitng suicide when your vampire boyfriend leaves you=a strong female character/true love. And being a brooding, wooden, controlling vampire who sneaks in your room to watch you sleep and rigs your car so you can't leave =hot guy every girl wants
I don't know why people think she was trying to commit suicide after Edward left her. She was actually thrill seeking (taking a ride with bikers, jumping off cliffs) because she realized that she saw/heard Edward when she did. It's still crazy af but she's never once tried to kill herself.
I never look up to Bella as some kind of inspiration LMAO. She's an introvert, like I am, in some way I can relate ro her. And this is a fiction, fantasy, book. That's why it's very unrealistic. If you want a realistic book, then go read some nonfiction books lol. You don't have to call people who loves the book dumbass, people have their own opinions and preferences. The problem is when those people think that vampires are real, when WE KNOW they're not.
I completely agree with your review, except for when you made the point about Bella choosing the beautiful one over the flawed one. Between the two I do think Bella should have ended up with Edward (But I still hate him), however Jacob manipulated her and kissed her without her consent. I think it sucked that Meter wrote him as a victim character often too, but he was absolutely awful.
I cannot believe I actually liked the character I was so stupid. I don’t understand why Stephanie wrote this and to me this lesson she gave us was that women always need a man to save the day or else they become freakin depressed. It makes me super angry like the lessons in these books are so bad and racist.
