this is hands down one of the best books i have ever read. conor's emotions are so real, so genuine. i wish it had been around when i was younger. my dad passed away from cancer when i was 13 and i really feel like this book would've helped me a lot. even now, 14 years later it was so cathartic. i think one of the most important messages in it is that there is no wrong way to feel about death and everything that leads up to it. never be ashamed of how you feel.

and yeah, like most of the reviewers on this page, i also wept like a baby for large portions of this book.
