** spoiler alert ** I really did like the book, but I didn't like the first 30-40%... who wants to read the book without Cormac in it?

I did really appreciate the strong lead Jo was given to show herself as a leader, but come on... she needed to stop panting and raving about what she wanted, what didn't want, as it was so beyond obvious that it was gonna happen. It just got really annoying - I get being angry at him leaving so suddenly, but for someone you love, you would soon understand why. It got a bit too much for me. Plus, it’s Cormac, who would me bad if Cormac got you to marry him? Gah, I wouldn’t 😍

But, I really did like it, but it reminded me a lot of Ollie Wit, another series of hers. I've also read the Wilds, and it just seems like the author is into difficult men, and women who don't know what they want.

I still liked it. I was just happy they were on for sure at the end.
