it was amazing

Erickson is an absolute genius. His understanding of human nature and the ways to work with it and restore it to healthy patterns is beyond anything I’ve read so far. His stories are extremely simple, fun and engaging and his approach is so playful and wise at the same time that it often feels like magic. Although you can clearly see the principles and frameworks he is using, you are left in awe with the vast ocean of wisdom behind them and the beauty and complexity of the journey of understanding and working with the subconscious. I feel like I learned soooo much from this book, yet I am finishing it with more of a ‘beginner’s mind’ than when I started it. Fascinated and super excited to keep learning and exploring in this direction. Give it a read - you’ll love it, pinky promise!

Tg I wrote a letter to his daughter Dr. Roxanna Erickson-Klein, she was extremely wonderful and gracious-Dr, Erickson was a clever, optimistic, and extremely kind physician-Even when he barely had enough energy to get out of bed, he would see his clients (less)
