OMG they said that fans of Janet Evanovich would like this book, but I did not expect it to be such a total copycat! Just list the Stephanie Plum books' features, and you can check them off here, even including details like eating junk food almost obsessively, senior-citizen buddies, etc. Worse, Andi and Cooper INCESSANTLY moon over each other like a couple of 15-year-olds. I am not sure why I even finished it except that there was a nice warmth to the characters it is short and more entertaining on a lazy summer afternoon than my last book, which was a DNF.
