This was one of my favorite readings of 2019. The thing I liked the most is the characters. These are extremely well written, and their personalities are so welcoming, I could see myself beings friends with Lou, her comebacks and responses are so on point, that I found myself laughing, crying and all emotions in between. The magic system is original and well explained. The villain is not very developed, but I think that it serves this book, as it is not the focus here. I highly recommend this book!
