That was one treachery after another. And it did not stop. Goodness. I did not expect that ending either. wow. Interesting because that is how humans are when corrupted. How the leaders of our country and the elite, rich and those in power can manipulate to make you beleive something is right when really it is to the people in power's benefit.
Memory is also interesting. Because in the book, the corrupt leaders retell events differently and say 'do you not remember this? Oh how could you forget!' and then all the animals convince themselves that they do remember this thing happening. Or when the commandments were changed the animals, for a second, were confused but being manipulated by the pigs they convinced themselves that the new commandement must have always been like that and the pigs didnt just change them. their memory of something just changes as if it was how you always saw it...cant even trust our own minds. Good to know lol
