Did not finish - Review based on the 15% of the book I managed to read. Purchased on kindle June 2020.
Although the premise of this book sounded great, from the four chapters (15%) I read, it appears this book was published without thorough editing. The initial scene setting was good however the numerous spelling and grammatical mistakes detract from the story.
By chapter two, it was getting difficult to stay focused on the story as due to the spelling/grammar issues I was having to reread sentences and guess what the correct word was meant to be. “Lala’s throat string...” is the opening sentence of chapter 2. Obviously the author was aiming for her throat was stinging/stung.
I tried to continue reading but by chapter four I had to give up, the spelling mistakes, poor grammar, duplicate sentences and sentences in paragraphs not related to the current scene was too much.
A revision/edit of this book is needed for the benefit of potential readers
