This book never truly engaged me, and despite the non-plot, I really thought a story about people traveling and floating through space, and viewing earth and other celestial bodies and phenomena would be fascinating. I am a serious lover of all things celestial. But this book had no plot, no story, and the stream-of-conscious ramblings of the astronauts never truly captivated my interest. It was a difficult book to finish, and I most likely would not have was it not so short. I don't understand the fuss and awards surrounding it.
