This book takes place in a South Korean bookshop in a small village in the idyllic countryside. This bookshop is unique in that it also is a bed and breakfast that offers sanctuary to those who are overwhelmed in their lives. This is most definitely a cozy read that is heart warming. It gives us good reminders to slow down, distress, and to connect with those around us. The characters are very likeable and are people you'd like to spend time with. The pacing is perfect. Id definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a cozy, character focused read.
My thanks to Union Square and Co., the author, and NetGalley for gifting me a digital copy of this book. My opinions are my own.
