Industrial Magic (Women of the Otherworld, #4)

Being in this world is always so nostalgic for me.
📖 Industrial Magic is book 4 in the Otherworld. In this one, we are following Paige again.
Someone is murdering the teenage offspring of the underworld’s most influential Cabals. I don't feel like I can say more without giving spoilers.

This series is a reread for me. For the most part, I think it still stands up. It's been such a fun time revisiting this series. I forgot how much I love some of these characters.
For me, I can't deny that Paige isn't my favourite POV to sit with. I do love her, but I think she makes for a much better side character. She's a fairly straightforward, good and uncomplicated character. It just makes her one of the least interesting to sit at times.
Now I adore the side characters around Paige and I think that is what keeps this book interesting. Although there was definitely some bumbling around in the middle that made the pacing feel a bit off, overall I had fun with this. Definitely looking forward to the next book though, where Paige is no longer our POV.
