i know everyone will probably hate me for not liking this but it is a pain to read to your child - a bunch of nonsense words rhyming does not always entertain - and in this case neither me or caroline were entertained.

Not everyone likes Dr. Seuss but I do want to point out most of his books including this one has deep political meanings to it.

Try it in sections as I read it to my Prep class to teach 1-20.As well what features do other fish have other than colour?
I cut out 20 other fish for more activities to enjoy after the read and I believe Dr.Zeuss had the same theory, develop imagination, use it as a learning tool, teach it as a reality concept then broaden their minds.
are we supposed to know who Caroline is. One star.
