** spoiler alert ** This book introduces the six main characters--Kaia, Harper, Beth, Miranda, Kane, and Adam--who attend Haven High School and are out to fulfill their desires. Kaia is the new girl at school and she and Harper are each setting to top each other out as the most popular girl. Adam and Beth are dating, Harper and Miranda are best friends and Harper and Kane are kind of like partners in crime, but Kane's best friend is Adam. This book becomes really intense when everything starts to fall apart for all of these characters because of what they want, but can't have. I may be ruining too much of the story here, so don't read any further if you want to find out more!!!!! Harper wants Adam, Adam wants Kaia, Miranda wants Kane, but Kane wants Beth. Really messy relationships going on...
