You can decide what biome you spawn in, but it can't be anything underground, in the Nether, or the End, unless it is a special mod or plug-in.

Players can have up to 3 singleplayer servers. The group's rules also apply to the server's rules.

Singleplayer servers can be used to roleplay by yourself or store accounts/other info.
