Our Mission
I Will Survive, Inc. (IWS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Atlanta Breast Cancer Awareness Organization that empowers individuals at higher risk for or affected by breast cancer through financial assistance, prevention education, and wellness programs.
Financial Freedom for Fighters
We provide direct support services like paying housing costs to help invert the financial burden of breast cancer for survivors and their families, thanks to ARCHI’s partnership as a trusted housing ally in this work.

EmpowerHER Wellness Program
EmpowerHER Wellness Program is I Will Survive, Inc.’s holistic education and support initiative for women facing breast cancer. Through EmpowerHER Wellness Workshops, we provide practical tools for physical and emotional strength—covering breast cancer screening and referrals, nutrition, exercise, mental health, financial literacy, and self‑care—so women can better navigate treatment, recovery, and survivorship. Thanks to partners like the Center for Black Women’s Wellness, State Farm, The Fulton – DeKalb Hopital Authority, Operation Hope, Foresters Financial, Grady, iHeart Media, and Northside.
Beyond the Diagnosis Mentoring Program
Beyond the Diagnosis Mentoring Program connects you with a peer who understands life during and after breast cancer, so you never have to navigate survivorship alone. Through our workforce partner Cancer and Careers, you can speak with professional coaches about how cancer may affect your current job or job search. You also receive access to free therapy sessions with our mental health partner, Mindful Discover Therapeutic Solutions—call (305) 317-5596 to get started.
