For the last 4 months, I've been working on a Cyberpunk concept album. I wanted to do an album with a really cool futuristic, post-apocalyptic story and make the music a mix of modern EDM & Retro 80's Synthwave.

I didn't realize how huge of an undertaking making an album like this would truly be, with an interconnected story and overarching structure.

So I semi-abandoned the idea of making it an Opera, and instead decided to take the best ideas and turn it into a really cool EDM album with sprinkles of futuristic Cyberpunk lyrics and a heavy emphasis on Synthwave.

So 7 of the 11 tracks are Synthwave-style EDM tracks and the other 4 are Modern EDM tracks in the style of Dubstep & Future Bass.

A lot of the ideas here were too cool to pass up or I liked the songs too much to just bury them, so I decided to finish it as if I were finishing any other album I've ever done, and write the songs as I've written any other songs.

This is one of the more modern EDM tracks I made for the album, and the entire album will be out on Dec. 18th.

P.S. - 2 of these tracks will be appearing as remixes on my upcoming Future Pop album, with reworked lyrics and melodies to take the Cyberpunk references out, since I liked the songs themselves so much
