I really love the Japanese Aesthetic here.

I got filtered by the first slime that asked for light. Extremely pretty though

Very cute puzzle platformer.

Very serene and peaceful cozy platformer! Nice work <3

This is a pretty neat puzzle platformer you've got here! While the puzzles are nice and offer some neat mechanics involving light and mirror dimensions and all that jazz, I'd say its most defining element is its really chill and emotional vibes from the art, music, and story moments: not something I would expect to see in a game jam game where graphics are the last priority over core mechanics, so it's impressive to see you pulled it off! It had a bit of a slow start for me, but I made it through to the end and while I don't know exactly what happened, it was very memorable nonetheless!

If I were to offer some feedback, it would be what I mentioned earlier: I don't think the game gives the best first impression:

*A lot of the early levels felt really padded and repetitive due to a lot of what felt like busywork and backtracking where you're just covering ground trying to find all the spirits in the mirror dimension to talk to. I didn't understand why each level required me to go back and tell someone the lanterns were lit: why not just end when they are lit!

*Unlike the early levels, the later levels felt better constructed in that not only were they a lot more straightforward, but they were also a lot more challenging and boasted some more creative and interesting mechanics involving light. I really needed some of this good stuff to be integrated earlier on: it feels like it takes too long to get good, and I wouldn't blame some people for quitting before getting to the good stuff (I almost did!) Perhaps it's a classic case where you got better at developing the game as you went.

So yeah, solid stuff you got here, but it was a bit of a slow starter for me. But once it did get going, wow, that was great!
