Newcastle Pride is returning in 2026 on 25th & 26th of July. After 17 incredible years shaped by registered charity Northern Pride, the festival steps into an exciting new chapter led by Curious Futures, a not for profit company part of Curious Arts.
2026 promises a return to the city centre, city-wide celebrations and a Pride weekend designed with the community at its heart.
Further details about the Festival weekend, including the free programme, dedicated zones (Market Village, Trans+ Zone, Family and Youth) and a range of activities, will be released very soon, whilst tickets for the Pride Arena at Times Square are now on sale.

Newcastle Pride Arena returns to Times Square for two unforgettable days of colour, music and pure Pride energy.
Leading the charge for 2026 are pop icon Nadine Coyle, dance floor queen Katy B, drag superstar & HeSheThey resident DJ Bimini, plus RuPaul's Drag Race favourite Danny Beard.
Joined by an electrifying mix of live acts, tribute powerhouses and Pride favourites including QueenZ Live, Chappell Roan by JC, The Harry Styles Show, Ghetto Fabulous, Miss Rory, Queerdo ft. Martha Tucka, Urban Cookie Collective, Dollhaus, Olivia Rodrigo by Good 4 Olivia, and Ophelia Balls.
From pop anthems and dance classics to drag excellence and sing-along moments, the Pride Arena will transform the heart of the city into a full-scale festival celebration.
With an expanded stage, enhanced lighting, immersive zones and thousands of you bringing the energy! 2026 is set to be our boldest Pride yet... Especially as earlybird ticket prices have been frozen for the 3rd year running!
