I was actually so tempted to start spooky content in the spring. 🎃 I used a 6 inch store bought cheesecake to make these. Make sure the cheesecakes are semi frozen before slicing and use a hot knife for the cleanest cuts, wiping between each cut. I used Stover & Company cheesecake flavored melts and colored them with oil based food coloring before dipping. You will get the best results making these using a quality chocolate with a thinner consistency. Thick chocolate tends to weigh treats down and make them fall off the stick while dipping. You can thin out melts using paramount crystals or coconut oil (coconut oil will add a slight coconut taste). #
