The hotel sector has grown in very huge aspects. So the main motive of this field survey is to study the level of customers satisfaction in Star Hotels. Now in this competitive world, the service and satisfaction of customers provided by the type of Star Hotels must be standard. Thus we can make out the Statistical, Economical and Financial aspect of customers.
1. To study the facilities provided by star hotels are up to date or not. 2. Measures taken by Hotel Administration for maintaining the customer delight. 3. What are the various aspects or factors which customers look in Star Hotels.
