RFID HOSPITAL:
PATIENT REGISTRATION:
When user or patients enter into the hospital for know about their disease or any healthcare
information through the registration based required.

Here RFID Number is used of every

registration patient for getting the disease details through the RFID Number is swiped enter into
the hospital. All Patients registers their Name, Address, Age, Sex, Location, Phone number and
Must included RFID number based every process handled.
HOSPITAL SERVER:
Here all the patient datas are maintained in the hospital. There is Multiple hospital connected to
all the patient data through the Cloud Server. And Hospital server will collect the patient details
from the Cloud server and Processing based on the RFID Number.
CLOUD SERVER:
This cloud server maintains every patient details of hospital everywhere required. So, Patient
will easy to care their health every goes into the hospital through the RFID Number. At the same
time, each hospital must connect to the Cloud Server. And Cloud Server will store all the patient
details whenever hospital requires any patient data asking.
RFID EMBEDDED KIT:
The RFID is based the user details with Embedded kit for storing all the patient details and if the
patients will swap the RFID Number then it knows all the details (like disease, specialist etc.,).
So we have efficient work for reduce the time as well as the cost.
DATA RETREVAL:
Here all the data will display whenever patient needs their details from the Hospital through the
Cloud Server. So, Patient has easy to get the report data retrieval.
