This training course provides participants with the knowledge to independently create fully graphical pictures connected to a HIMA-PES control system. Over 4 days, participants will learn how to install and configure ControlMaestro, design process and instrumentation diagrams, program dynamic functions using Modbus or OPC communication, configure alarms, trends, data windows and printing, and handle user authorization and project archiving. Prerequisites include experience with ELOP II programming.

Visualisation ControlMaestro
Aim: This training course provides the participant with all knowledge, to create independently fully graphic pictures on a PC and dynamisation of them connected to a HIMA-PES. Prerequisites: Participation in seminar ELOP II Engineer or knowledge in independent programming in ELOP II. Training course contents: - Installation of ControlMaestro - Connection of ControlMaestro to a HIMA-PES - Start of ControlMaestro and configuration - User authorisation (passwords assignments) - Working with the screen editor to design P&I diagrams - Signal definitions, especial for ControlMaestro and ELOP II - Programming exercises - Use of Modbus or OPC communication - Independent working with dynamisations and trigger functions - Modification variable process values - Using recipes in ControlMaestro - Copy of objects, archiving and backups of projects - Alarm handling in ControlMaestro - Configuration of Pop-Up-windows - Configuration of trend windows - Configuration of data windows - Configuration of protocols, triggering of printing by means of WIZPLC-language Duration: 4 days
