The Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines- Aquinas
University Student Chapter is the duly recognized body that governs all
Electronics Engineering activities, fund raising and all matters concerning
the Electronics Engineering in Aquinas University. Its sole purpose to serve
the needs of Electronics Engineering students

An organization should be well represented by the people from different
communities. This also applies to organizations within the school. Students
should also be aware that they are part of an organization that will govern
them, serve them and promote their common good. This is why the
Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines-Aquinas University
Student Chapter decided to conduct a General Assembly.
IV: OBEJECTIVES
Build a stronger bond among the students and professors
Introduce the organizations Officers
Formally welcome the ECE freshmen and transferees enrolled in this
university
Introduce the Electronics Engineering faculties
Orientation for the freshmen and transferees on their chosen course
Present the Calendar of Activities of the organization
Make our constituents aware of the existence of our organization
V: PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The general assembly will be a half-day event that will be attended by
all Electronics Engineering Students. It will formally welcome the freshmen
and transferees to their organization. They will also meet the faculty, and
the officers of the organization. They will learn what to expect on their stay
at Aquinas University of Legazpi, especially in their chosen field of study.
Upperclassmen will also be given the chance to meet the freshmen, with
this, good camaraderie is expected to be created among the organizations
members.
