Ramesh contacted Vodafone customer service regarding unauthorized charges on his account. A service agent helped Ramesh by deactivating a Beauty Fix service that was charged without his consent. The agent also looked into a complaint Ramesh had filed previously regarding a double data plan offer he received a message about.
