Six Note Paradiddle Idea - Groove/Fill

In this lesson we have a look at a six note pattern with a paradiddle sticking that works
well as a cool drum fill or groove. In the exercises below, I have started off with the basic
sticking between the hands before introducing the kick drum. The dynamics are an important
factor to consider in order to bring the idea to life. You can also orchestrate the pattern around
the kit and I have included some voicing ideas on the ride cymbal. In the final example there
is an idea for including the idea within a single measure groove.
