z Print Head Alignment

‡ Only BIAS Adjustment is required.
‹ Head adjuster determines the proper position.
(Vertical or Horizontal adjustment is not necessary because one print head
has eight nozzle lines.)

When doing BIAS adjustment, always adjust the position by tightening

the setscrew. If you adjust the position by loosening the setscrew, then
Damper cover
use your hand to push it back because the spring cannot push back fully
due to the friction.

2 tubes and 1 rubber sealing cap are fitted.

(Cap Top is provided as an assembly together with

the rubber cap and 2 tubes fitted.)

Never try to replace the cap top alone or tube alone.

If any ink exists at the connection, it works as lubricant and the tubes can be pulled out from
the cap top.
