Rental Agreement
This rental agreement is executed at Vada Nemeli Village on this 26th day of June 2017
between
Mr. L C SELVAKUMAR, son of late, Mr. L CHINNAMANI NADAR, aged about 63
years, residing at no.5, South Gangai Amman Kovil 2nd Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai, Pin - 600
094, herein after called the “OWENER” of the One Part.
AND
Mr. S SURIYA, son of Mr S V SURESH, aged about 24 years, residing at No.1,
Pushpavathi Ammal street, West Mambalam, Chennai, Pin - 600 033, herein called the
“TENANT” on the other part of the second part.
The terms OWNER and TENANT wherever they occur herein, if the context allows,
shall mean and include their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives,
successors and assign.

The OWNER is the absolute owner of the premises situated at Kancheepuram District,
formerly known as Chengalpattu Taluk, Now Thirupporur Taluk, No.51, Thiruvidanthai Madura,
Vada Nemeli Village, Field No.2, bearing Patta No.2082, as per patta in S.No.359/4A2B,
measuring an extent of 19.83 Cents (i.e., 0.8.00 Ares) with 3896Sq.Ft building area, Electricity
Connection No. 0957900829. Hereinafter called the “OWNER” of the one part, and more fully
described in schedule of Property. The OWNER also agreed to let out the schedule mentioned
property for 11 months as described in the schedule of Property.
1. The rent for the Land is Rs.40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only) per month including
maintenance.
2. The TENANT shall pay the rent every month regularly to the OWNER on or before 10th
day of every Succeeding English Calendar.
3. The TENANT has paid a sum of Rs.1,500,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty
Thousand only) through money transfer to the OWNERs account as security deposit.
The said amount will not carry any interest.
4. A notice of one month on either side has to be given for vacation of the said premises to
vacate the expiry of the agreement.
5. On expiry of this agreement, the TENANT shall hand over the home premises and
peaceful possession of the said premises to the owner.
6. The TENANT shall permit the owner to inspect the premises let out the TENANT as and
when necessary with the premises of the TENANT.
7. This agreement shall be for a period of eleven months from 1st June 2018 to 30th April
2019 (Eleven Months)
8. The TENANT shall pay the electricity charges for the energy consumed by them as per
the meter and maintenance charges include.
9. All the damage caused by the TEANANT to the premises during the period of argument
shall be rectified at the cost of TEANANT before the argument ending period.
10. The house is furnished with the following itineraries
(i). Air conditioners (O General)
a. 2 Ton split -1 no.
b. 1.5 Ton split - 2 no.
(ii). Refrigerator.
(iii). Cote-mattress and pillow (each 4 Nos.)
(iv). Sofa Set.
(v). Dining Table Set.
(vi). Washing machine.
(vii). Stove with gas cylinder.
(viii). Sony television.

11. The TEANANT will be solemnly responsible for all legal and illegal activities happening
in the premises during the argument period.
SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY
All the piece and parcel of Vacant House site situated at Kancheepuram District, formerly
known as Chengalpattu Taluk, Now Thirupporur Taluk, No.51, Thiruvidanthai Madura, Vada
Nemeli Village, Field No.2, bearing Patta No.2082, as per patta in S.No.359/4A2B, measuring
an extent of 19.83 Cents (i.e., 0.8.00 Ares) with 3896Sq.Ft building area, Electricity Connection
No. 0957900829.
