Manometro Filtro

Clogging indicators check the lifetime of filter elements by measuring the pressure drop across the filter element. They signal when clogging causes the pressure drop to increase, ensuring the filter's full dirt holding capacity is used. MP Filtri supplies vacuum switches, pressure switches, differential pressure indicators, and electronic differential pressure indicators that can provide visual, electrical, or both signals of clogging. The electronic indicator also provides analog and digital outputs to warn of impending or full clogging.

Clogging Indicators

Clogging indicators are devices that check the life time of the filter elements. MP Filtri can supply indicators of the following designs:
They measure the pressure drop through the filter element directly connected - Vacuum switches and gauges
to the filter housing. - Pressure switches and gauges
These devices trip when the clogging of the filter element causes a pressure drop - Differential pressure indicators
increasing across the filter element.
Filter elements are efficient only if their Dirt Holding Capacity is fully exploited. These type of devices can be provided with a visual, electrical or both signals.
This is achieved by using filter housings equipped with clogging indicators. The electronic differential pressure clogging indicator is also available.
The indicator is set to alarm before the element becomes fully clogged. It provides both analogical 4-20 mA output and digital warning (75% of clogging)
and alarm (clogging) outputs.
