This step just requires patience. You need to wait for your screen to change from
Figure 3-15 to Figure 3-16. At the installation complete page, click Finish and you
are only a few steps away from completing the install.

Click Next on the Device Driver Installation Wizard (Figure 3-17) and Click
Finish after it completes the installation (Figure 3-18). This step installs the
Altera programmer, USB Blaster II, to your machine. You’ll need this to copy your
designs to the FPGA.

In order to use the free edition, you need to enable sending TalkBack data to Altera
(Figure 3-19). Check Enable sending TalkBack data to Altera and Click OK.

Select Run the Quartus Prime software and click OK in Figure 3-20. It means
that you selected the Lite edition. The Lite edition doesn't need any software
license to run it.
