 Handling issues related to financial support in Payables and Receivables.
 Performed root cause analysis and suggest best possible solution or work around
for the business.
 Resolved issues related to Transactions, Debit Memos, Credit Memos, Deposit,
Receipts, etc.

 Preparing BR 100, RD020, BP080, BR010, BR100 and MD 50 documents for GL,
AR, AP Modules.
 Involved in setup and configuration of GL, AP, AR and defining Multi-Org
structure.
 Defined COA, calendar, Currencies and ledger and ledger sets, Data access sets.
 Responsible for business requirements gathering and analysed gaps found while
trying to map business processes with the application functionality.
