a Regarding aluminium shuttering for column box converting from feet to meter there will be slite change in column size so the dimension

c Retaining wall as per BOQ( M 25) but precautionaly we need to do (M40) because of difficulties in pouring columns M40 & retaining wall
M25 comparision to be made by MFAR constructions
d AC air chill plant to be provided near STP plant. Hotel and commercial separately.

10 General Note :
Regarding aluminium shuttering for column box converting from feet to meter there will be slite change in column size so the dimension

will be taken from centerline only
b Pull out test to be done for rebar fixing work - instructed by structural engineer
Retaining wall as per BOQ( M 25) but precautionaly we need to do (M40) because of difficulties in pouring columns M40 & retaining wall

M25 comparision to be made by MFAR constructions
d AC air chill plant to be provided near STP plant. Hotel and commercial separately.
e Plumbing pipe line duct passing at commercial & residential level to be taken care
