Give at-least 2 examples on how to develop your self-discipline.
Through the presentation that was shown to us, I was able to learn certain suggestions
regarding the activities and advices that may help one to develop self-discipline. However, two
of them stood out to me the most as they seem to be really practical and helpful. First is to think
and consider the consequences of your action before you act and the second one is that
when you feel you want to quit, just continue for some more time. However, other
examples also include – wait and think for a moment before you react in anger; pay attention on
what you are doing; set small goals and plans that you can carry out during the day; and when
studying, working or exercising, strive to avoid any distraction.
