(SPDES) generated by the New York State Department
of Environmental Conservation
Facility Name Text Name of the permitted wastewater treatment facility
Ground or Surface Text Identifies if the treated water is discharged to water in
the ground (groundwater) or water on the surface of
the ground (surface water)
Average Design Numeric Average volume the wastewater treatment facility is
Hydraulic Flow designed to treat, in millions of gallons per day (mgd)
Street Text Street address of the facility
City Text City in which the facility resides
State Text State in which the facility resides
Country Text Country in which the facility resides
Zip Code Numeric Zip code in which the facility resides. Data left blank was
not provided.
Latitude Numeric Latitude (decimal degrees). Data left blank was not
provided.
Longitude Numeric Longitude (decimal degrees). Data left blank was
not provided.
