Project Problem Statement

This document provides project statements for students in three different streams - Civil/Architectural/Interior, Mechanical, and Electrical & Electronics - for an AutoCAD project. Students in the Civil/Architectural/Interior stream are asked to create plan, elevation, and section drawings of a residence project in A3 size paper with dimensions. Students in the Mechanical stream are asked to make 2D drawings and a 3D model of a mechanical component and place each view in a viewport. Students in the Electrical & Electronics stream are asked to create the drawing of an electrical schematic in A3 size paper within a layout.

Project Statement - AutoCAD

The project statements are classified into three streams. Please choose a project
statement based on your stream. Compress the AutoCAD file into zip folder and
upload the project

Civil/Architectural/Interior stream - Create Plan, Elevation and Section of the


given Residence Project. Take a PDF Plot these drawings in an A3 size paper
adopting a suitable scale (Incorporate dimensions in the Plan)

MECHANICAL - Create the 2D drawings and 3D model of the given Mechanical


component. Place each views in each viewport. Use a suitable paper size, scale of
the 2D drawings and make a PDF plot

Electrical & Electronics stream- Create the drawing of the given electrical
schematic. Use an A3 size paper and place the view in a layout
