Description: iREP is Sales Force Automation application utilizing Veeva Systems, Inc. as a Software as a
Service (SaaS) provider with an advanced cloud-based CRM system for the life sciences industry. Veeva
provides an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution specifically for the Apple
iPad. This tool has three key components: Salesforce.com, VBioPharma, and iREP. Salesforce.com
provides the core Veeva CRM application. Layered on top are iREP and VBioPharma. iREP is used by the
AbbVie sales representatives in an offline mode for account profile updates, call scheduling, inventory
management, recording call sample and details with signature capture and electronic sample requests
(ESR). VBioPharma is used by AbbVie sales representatives in an online mode for account profile
management, call planning, inventory management, sample management including shipments,
adjustments and returns, and detail-only call execution, and by AbbVie Account Executives and Managers
in an online mode for account profile management call planning, and detail-only call execution. AbbVie
sales representatives are able to record their interactions with Accounts involving both detail-only, hand
sampling and electronic sample request (ESR) sales calls, including electronic physician signatures. Data
recorded in the offline mode is synchronized and stored in salesforce.com when the iPad device is
connected to the internet. VBioPharma and iREP components are commonly referred to as the "iREP"
application.

Account Creation Tool:

 As a part of data set up, QA has to create multiple accounts manually in a new sandbox during
every release.

 After the creation of Accounts, QA has to change the record type manually by using admin
credentials.
  Account Creation Tool (ACT) enables QA to create multiple Accounts and change the record types
to the desired value using Automation Scripts through UFT.

 Account Creation Tool (ACT) is an automation script which are built and run using UFT 11.50

Password Reset Tool:

 Resets the Password for ‘N’ no. of users. Update the New password in the Client Share path.

 Password Reset Tool is an automation script built on UFT to automate the process of resetting
password for multiple active users. Update the new password in AbbVie share path.

Cost Savings (In Dollar): $2916

Target and Planning Tool:

 Testing Team has to verify the column labels specified by business in My Plans page and HCP
View page and verify that records displayed in that columns are Read Only/ Editable.

 Testing Team needs to verify whether the record is Read Only or Editable in HCP view page.

 Testing Team used to repeat the above process for nine franchise for Rep, DM profiles in each
quarter.

 Using UFT we automated process of testing the column names in My Plans, HCP View page.
Automated the process of verifying the records displayed in HCP View page are Read Only or
Editable.
