1.)Abstract of the project

The project named “Airport Network Autonomous System” is a networking

based project. The main objective of this project is to build a whole network
system which will help Authorities of Indian airports to improve their security and
facilities to passengers. This network application helps management not only to
sell their product but can also know the latest and upcoming weather reports of
their area , the new scientific way of farming to increase production, latest
government policies for their welfare etc.

Graphical User Interface

User of the System:

The basic users will be –

 Administrator
 Airport Staff
 Airport Management
 Security Staff
 Medical Professionals
 Restaurant Professionals
 Passengers

5.) Functionality and Module Description:

The functionality of this system can be explained with the help of its
modules
The main modules in this project are:-

1. Users (Airport Staff, Management, Security Staff, Medical professionals,

Restaurant professionals, and Passengers)
2. Administrator

Functions of User module:

 User will have to register: this module will help passengers to register
and have their own account.

 User can sell the flight tickets: this module help the user to sell their
products through this site.

 User can cancel their tickets: This module helps the user to view and
cancel their tickets.

 User can view latest updates: This module help the user to view the
latest updates by the Admin for the Passengers.

 User can register complaints: users can register complaints regarding

any problem or forgery.

Functions of the Administrator module include:

 View and reply user complaint: This module helps the admin to view
and reply user’s complained.
 Add and delete news: This module helps the admin in updating of news
and new information about the flight.
 View and delete user’s feedback: This module help the admin in
deleting and viewing the user feedback.
6

 View, Reply and delete complain: This module helps the admin. to add
and delete complains.
 Reply the complains: This module helps the admin to Reply the
complains.
 Add, view and delete Professional Volunteers: This module helps the
admin to add, view and delete volunteers.
 Track all the payment details and product ownership: This module
help the admin to Track all the payment details of the customer and their
product ownership detail.

Steps to start-off the project:

Analysis:- To know the working procedure of this system we went to many
airports and had many conversations with the airport authority regarding their
present working procedure and gathered information’s about their major problems
and there basic demands.

The following steps will be helpful to start off the project

1. Get a firm grasp on the technology which is to be used.
2. Get the domain knowledge.
3. Decide on the number of users and their profile, number of flights, type of
flights & business rules.
4. Help should be very user friendly.
5. UI should include good images and have a constant look and feel throughout
the application.
7

7.) Requirements:
Hardware requirements

Processor : Pentinum4
Memory : 1 GB Ram
Hard disk : 100 GB hard disk space

Software requirements

Front-End : Cisco Packet Tracer, HTML

Editor Tool : Cisco Packet Tracer
