1. Purpose::
The user can transfer a large program into the NC expanded memory in the shortest
time, and then cut down the time of transmission. Use the high-speed transmission to
raise the machining purpose.
2. Scope::
FANUC 0i-MC/0iMC-PB/ 0i-MD/0iMD-PB /18i/21iMB CNC。
MITSUBISHI M60S series CNC。

《NOTE》
1. When use BNC connector, network cable must be ”10BASE2”。
2. When use RJ-45 connector, network cable must be ”10BASET”。
3. If use “10BASET” network cable, it must use HUB connector to link。
4. If use “10BASE2” network cable, it must use terminal connector in both
sides。
5.7.3 Open the fixed cover and insert the ATA Flash Card.
5.7.4 Put back the fixed cover, lock the screws as <6>, <7>.
5.7.5 Insert Option board back to NC, then turns on the NC power.

Description:
This page mentions the setting of PC name and IP that you want to link.
HostSet has 2 pages, the maximal linking number is 4 PC(HOST–PC A ~
HOST-PC D), use key to change to next page, the parameter setting is
according to the IP address of your PC。

Set-up the network connection between PC and NC。
Execute CesarFTP software, and setup。
Put a program that you want to transmission in the path you assigned in
PC。For example: C:\TEMP。

Description:
”File Transmitting (*** )” in the middle, and start reading the data in HOST A.
The screen will display file list when succeed。
(3)Use , and direction key to select which file you want to transfer,
for example:100.prg. Press INPUT key, then press key, go back to [HOST]
screen。
(4) Key in # (7) ( ), press INPUT to transfer a program to IC。The screen
will appear ”AUX. WRITTING EXEC.” During transmission。It need to spend
about 3~4 minutes transmitting a 12 MB program。

5.10 MITSUBISHI:
The relative location on hardware is shown as below picture. It’s necessary to turn off
the NC power before replacing IC CARD for safety.
