Since Lumiere had overstaffed it's project by 30% , to
stay competitive it had to improve it's cost margins in
other places.
Lumiere did qualitative research and to be efficient it
had to convert the art of qualitative research into
science.
Since their workplace was dispersed, their work
processes needed to be restructured.
Lumiere needed to identify a way for IT to solve it's
problems without becoming resource intensive.
THE JOURNEY TO THE CLOUD
Started in 2011 with the company wanting to explore the
cloud-based ecosystem for internal processes.
Manymoon was the first product used on a trial basis.
Soon the employees found the tool inadequate
