Reduction in number of employee (workforce reduce from 400 to 100), increase the operational efficiency (25% to

a) Eliminate order taking manual system replace with telephone.

System performance :

Data & application resided on same server previously resulted slow system performance with introducing new IS
server - separation of database and server (two tier) for system improvement.

system NDPL used is not compatible.

NAAS : Connectivity issue , cloud provider & internet provider were two separate entities.

• Cloud computing ERP but must be customizable and can integrate/ interface to the third party solution

• Move to private cloud , increase the bandwidth and server specification
