CS101 – INTRODUCTION TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY


First semester AY: 2021 -2022

A. Course Details
Course Name CS101 - Introduction to Information Technology
Course Description Information Technology (IT) Fundamentals introduces students to a well-rounded approach to computer literacy that
includes a keyboarding/word processing review, basic computer concepts, software applications and the Internet.
Hands-on drills are provided to students to apply the principles and commands for actual practice. This course also
explains how the different elements of interface are organized and how to use them to accomplish everyday tasks. Not
only will the course provide training on how to use the commands on the user interface, but also it will explain how to
customize the user interface with the Quick Access Toolbar.
