ABSTRACT:-

We know how important education is in human life. Faculties are the ones who
impart this education. A useful scheme for administration to examining how faculties teach
students is the faculty evaluation system. The output of the study will be beneficial to the
students, faculty, and the team who conducts and processes the evaluation system. A faculty
evaluation system is an online platform where the students can rate the performance of their
teachers based on a given set of evaluation criteria and questions in an anonymous manner.

Students, Teachers, and Administrators have been given separate usernames and
passwords. and, only they can use them. Using the faculty evaluation system, it can insert,
delete, update, and search for subjects, classes, academic years, questionnaires, evaluation
criteria, faculties, and students. Among these, evaluation status can be declared as started,
closed, or pending whenever required. The system evaluation result will be based on the
system default academic year which can be managed by the admin on the academic page. The
evaluation questionnaire is dynamic in this system which means the admin can create the
questions and arrange the order of the questions per evaluation criteria.

After getting feedback from the students, we can take a printout of them. It helps
superiors to know how faculties conduct classes. Giving evaluation by an online system can
save time for the users compared to the manual process. The entire process of giving an
evaluation and viewing the report after giving an evaluation can be managed easily.
The existing system requires more time to do a piece of work, for this reason, online system
feedback is implemented.
MODULES:-

ADMIN

The feedback given by the student can be viewed by the staff and improve their
performance in teaching and other aspects. Admin can insert, delete, update, and search for
subjects, classes, academic years, questionnaires, evaluation criteria, faculties, and students.
Among these, evaluation status can be declared as started, closed, or pending whenever
required.

STUDENTS

Students can give feedback about the faculties on a scale of five. Students can give
evaluations about the faculty based on the interaction of faculty in the classroom with
students. According to that, students can give feedback as per the given grades. They are only
can view the status of the evaluation and rate the faculty feedback.

FACULTIES

Faculties can view the evaluation report in percentage type. But they don’t know who
evaluates that particular feedback.

REQUIREMENT LANGUAGES:-

Languages used: PHP

HTML-CSS- Bootstrap-JavaScript-Ajax
The database used: MySQL
Platform : Windows / Linux / Mac
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:-
PC,4Gb RAM

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:-
XAMPP, NOTEPAD, or NOTEPAD++.

CONCLUSION:-

Mainly this project focused on faculty how to perform in class. and how
to behave in class? These things are watching or listening process is a faculty feedback
system. This process helps on we can improve the education system. The project “Faculty
feedback system” is designed to reduce the burden of maintaining the bulk of records of all
the student’s evaluation details who study in an educational institution, Inserting, retrieving,
and updating the evaluation details of a student are easy when it is compared to the manual
feedback and storing. Maintaining the project is also easy which can is easily understandable.
Maintaining the details in the database is manageable.
