前言
Preface
在工業發達科技進步的今天 , 輪船裝載量日益增大,設備日益更新,早已充滿各種先
進設備 , 船上電梯也是常見設備之一 , 又因輪船時常處於搖晃振動 , 因此船上電
梯在設計,維修,保養,使用上均與我們一般所見大樓電梯有相當大之差異 , 因此如何
安全又正確使用船上電梯 , 以下說明是值得去加以注意及了解的
As the ships of nowadays have been designed with larger and larger capacity, the
equipments of the ships are also developed with much more advanced technology. Elevator
is currently one of the common equipments onboard. Since the ships are always in an
unsteady status at sea, the design, M&R, and the use of a ship’s elevator is quite different
from the one for the normal buildings. We thus prepare this manual for how to use the
ship’s elevator safely and properly.

維修建議

Maintenance suggestion
綜合本公司多年來修護各國各類型船舶電梯 , 發現船上電梯( 不分船齡) 均有潛
在危險之實際狀況產生 ( 如主鋼索上油 , SAFE/GEAR 卡死無法動作 , 調速機鋼索
磨損 , 或有移位產生 , 煞車片老化等等重大之潛在危險 ),此時電梯表面上似乎仍可
操作運行,實際上危機四伏,其原有設計之高安全系數已蕩然無存,又船舶電梯因使用
環境特殊其保養修護方式與一般電梯有如天壤之別,如無豐富經驗而為之,其後果將無
法預知,可謂不可不慎。
Through the experiences acquiring from M&R on various ship elevators, we learned
that the ship elevators had more latent dangerous situations such as “main cable get
greased”, “SAFE/GEAR stuck”, “Governor wire worn out or not in position”, ”break
lining hardened” etc… Even the elevator looks still operating well, but it is already out of
the safe zone of the original safety design. Moreover, with the restricted space on the ships,
the M&R of the ship elevators actually require more experiences in view of human safety.
又因船舶電梯是封閉及完全自動化操作方式之機器 , 因而常常遭到忽視 , 並且
無任何儀器可加以監控及警示 , 換言之我們無法事先得知與掌握電梯各項信息並加
以防患, 因此不可預期之潛在危險便悄然產生而不自知 , 往往在造成人員傷亡時已
無法挽回 , 因此為減低不可預期之潛在危險 , 定期機件保養與安全設備測試便不可
不加以注意及實施 。
And as the ship elevators are totally closed and automatically operated. They are
normally equipped with no monitoring or warning devices, which means we cannot
acquire the abnormal information until the malfunctions or human injury/death happen.
Thus it is strongly recommended to periodically maintain the equipments and test the
safety device.

因此建議船上電梯應 :
Our suggestions for the ship’s elevators are:
1. 船齡5
船齡5年內至少實施一次定期保養(
年內至少實施一次定期保養(以免過度磨損, 以免過度磨損,造成往後電梯維
修困難,,運行狀況不良
修困難 運行狀況不良,,故障頻繁 故障頻繁))
At least one regular full maintenance for the ship aged less than 5
years (to avoid over-worn that makes difficulties in maintenance
or worsen the operation conditions)
2. 船齡5
船齡5年內至少實施一次安全設備測試調整(
年內至少實施一次安全設備測試調整(此為防止SAFE/GEAR 此為防止SAFE/GEAR
卡死無法動作及緊急煞車是否正常等)

At least one test/adjustment for the safety device of the ship aged
less than 5 years (to avoid SAFE/GEAR stuck and make sure the
emergency break works well)
3. 船齡5

annually for the ships aged more than 5 years
4. 船上電梯鋼索每7
船上電梯鋼索每7年至少更換一次( 年至少更換一次(因鋼索芯材質所致鋼索輪異常
磨損,, 鋼索脆化等潛在危險產生

Change the elevator cables at least every 7 years (to avoid the wire
cable reel worn out by bad wire material, or the wire strength
weakened)

如此船上電梯將有測試數據可加以監控,並可事先防範未然,減少故障及工安事項之
發生。
The above may help collect useful testing data for monitoring purpose, and prevent
unnecessary accidents and damages.
非特定受訓專業人員進入電梯坑道建議方式
Procedure of entering the trunk for Untrained Person

觀念之建立:
觀念之建立 Concepts
1.觀念之建立
A. 當轉身將打開電梯外門之時,必須立刻認定此電梯是可能有潛在故障,是可能非
你能控制而會發生危險的,雖然上一秒你仍搭乘電梯使用它
While opening the outside door of the elevator, keep in mind that there might be
danger caused by potential defect though it might appear in normal condition
when you used just a moment ago.

B. 看似正常可搭乘之電梯,並非所有機件功能都是正常安全,在某些時機條件
成立時,潛在故障已伺機將發生
Be alert to the potential risk that may lead to unexpected accident although the
elevator looks safe.

C. 電梯控制權之確定(如 2.之 H.I.J.屬於維修人員 manual 是安全的)如要進行 auto


狀態下之維修,除專業人員外應被禁止的
Make sure the control of operation (maintenance staff would be safe under
manual operation for Step 2.H, I, J). The maintenance under ‘AUTO’ operating
situation is not allowed except by the authorized trained personnel.

進入電梯坑道:
進入電梯坑道 Entering the trunk
2.進入電梯坑道
A. 各甲板電梯外叫車面板,貼上維修告示牌,並進行廣播通知電梯停止使用
Hang the placard of maintenance on the panel outside of each floor. Broadcast the
elevator is unavailable accordingly.
B.派 A 員於電梯機房控制盤總電源開關旁
Send a watchman by the main power switch in engine control room.
C.該 A 員必須處於一手可隨時關掉總電源開關,一手拿對講機,並處於受話狀態
The watchman should be able one hand to switch off the main power and use walkie
talkie to communicate with the other hand.
D.該 A 員與將進入電梯坑道人員之間通話頻道應是暢通且不受干擾
The communication between the watchman and the staff entering the trunk should
be channeled smoothly and without any interruption.
E.將進入電梯坑道人員需通知 A 員關掉總電源開關並確認後才可進入電梯坑道
Make sure the watchman switch off the main power and reconfirm before the staff
entering the trunk.
F.進入電梯車廂上面,不可由電梯車廂逃生孔進出,應由斷電後車廂所在位置之上
一層甲板,打開該層乘場門(外門)後進入坑道車廂上方
The staff shall enter the trunk from the door of upper floor where the elevator stall
after power switched off. It is prohibited to enter the trunk from the top escape hatch
cover inside the cage.
G.進入坑道車廂上方就位站穩,並確認車廂上方慢車操作控制盤之手自動 SW.是在
手動位置,及確認 E-STOP/SW.可隨時關掉後再通知 A 員將總電源開關送電
The staff shall ensure that the “AUTO/MANUEL” switch on the emergency
operation control panel is at “MANUAL” position after entering the trunk. Then ask
the watchman to switch on the main power after confirming the E-Stop/SW can be
switched off anytime.
H.先按下慢車操作控制盤之手動下行寸動 SW.車廂下行後,立刻停止
Push the manual downward bottom on emergency operation control panel. The
elevator should be stopped immediately after it going down.
I .再按下慢車操作控制盤之手動上行寸動 SW.車廂上行後,立刻停止
Push the manual upward bottom on emergency operation control panel. The elevator
should be stopped immediately after it lifting up.
J.使慢車操作控制盤之 E-STOP/SW.為 OFF 位置,再先後按下手動下行寸動 SW.
及手動上行寸動 SW.此時車廂應該不可移動
Shift the E-Stop/SW to “Off” and push the manual downward/upward bottom to
confirm the cage is not moving.
K.步驟 H. I. J.必須同時正常操作,否則必須立刻停止使用電梯,並通知專業人員進
行維修
Steps H.I.J. shall be operated normally at the same time, otherwise stop immediately
and inform the professional engineer to proceed maintenance.

離開電梯坑道:
離開電梯坑道 Leaving the Trunk
3.離開電梯坑道
A. 通知 A 員關掉總電源開關並確認
Inform the watchman to switch off the main power and confirm.
B. 使慢車操作控制盤之各 SW.按鍵,恢復自動正常位置,人員退出電梯坑道後再確
認內外門關閉後,再通知 A 員將總電源開關送電,並進行正常運行操作一次後才
可拆去維修告示牌放行電梯供人使用
Reset the slow down control panel back to “AUTO”. Reconfirm the doors are
closed after the staff retreated and notify the watchman to switch on the main
power. After confirming the normal test operation, take off the “Under
Maintenance” placard and allow the elevator back to use.
發生緊急事故建議處理方式
Recommendation of Handling Emergency

1.人員夾於電梯車廂上方與甲板地板之間處理方式
Procedure of handling “people stuck in between cage and floor”
A. 現場有其他人員時 When someone on the scene:
A-1.深呼吸,鎮定
Take a deep breathing and calm down
A-2.現場人員先回想之前所做步驟或動作並再確認慢車操作控制盤是處於可手動操作
狀態後進行 A-3 步驟
Recall the working procedure and check the slow control panel, perform step A-3 if
the panel is at “manual” position.
A-3 再按下手動下行寸動 SW.使車廂下行直到人員可脫困為止,協助受傷人員身體不可
超出車廂移動範圍內,再下行或上行直到適合救援甲板為止
Push the “down” switch until the injured can be moved in the cage safely. Then
assist the injured to stay in the range of the cage when the elevator moves until
arrive at the rescue deck.
A-4 如無法進行手動操作狀態則進行 B-3 步驟
Perform Step B-3 if the elevator can not be moved by manual operation.

B. 受通報到達人員: Rescue arrives on emergency call:


B-1.深呼吸,鎮定
Take a deep breath and calm down
B-2.檢視現場是否可進行手動上下行操作,同時壹組人員到機房待命,如可手動上
下行則進行 A-3 步驟
Check if the up/down operation is working, and assign one team stand-by in
Engine room. If the manual control is working (upward/downward moving),
perform step A-3.
B-3 如無法進行手動操作需指揮機房人員進行盤車放煞車動作使車廂下行直到
人員可脫困為止,並於就近甲板實施救援
If the elevator can not be operated manually, the rescuer in engine room should
release the brake to move cage down until the injured can be moved out. Start
emergency care at the nearby deck floor when the injured moved out.

1.人員夾於電梯車廂下方或其他方與甲板地板或牆壁之間處理方式
Procedure of handling “people stuck in between the cage and the walls
A. 現場有其他人員時 When someone on the scene:
A-1 現場人員先確認是否可進行手動上下行操作後進行 A-2 步驟
Check if the manual operation is working.
A-2 按下手動下行寸動 SW.使車廂上行或下行直到人員可脫困為止,協助受傷人員
身體不可超出車廂移動範圍內,再下行或上行直到適合救援甲板為止
Push the “down” switch until the injured can be moved in the cage safely. Then
assist the injured to stay in the range of the cage when the elevator moves until
arrive at the rescue deck.
A-3 如無法進行手動操作狀態則進行 B-2 步驟
Perform step B-2 if the elevator can not be operated manually.

B. 受通報到達人員 Rescue arrives on emergency call:


B-1 檢視現場是否可進行手動上下行操作,同時壹組人員到機房待命,如可手動上下
行則進行 A-2 步驟
Check if the up/down operation is working, and assign one team stand-by in
Engine room. If the manual control is working (upward/downward moving),
perform step A-2.
B-2 如無法進行手動操作需指揮機房人員進行盤車放煞車動作使車廂上行或下行
直到人員可脫困為止,並於就近甲板實施救援, (機房人員進行盤車放煞車動作
時應注意,錯誤上行或下行會使受傷程度加重,必須先確認方向後再盤車)
If the elevator can not be moved by manual operation, the rescuer in engine room
should release the brake to make cage lift up/down until the injured can be moved
out. Start emergency care at the nearby deck floor when the injured moved out

2. 機房進行盤車放煞車動作:
When loosing the brake for turning the gear in the engine room:
不可任意調整或拆卸螺絲彈簧否則將有危險產生,正確安全釋放動作因機型
不同而異,目前仍整理資料中
Do not adjust or dismount any screw or spring to avoid unnecessary danger or damage.
The correct release procedure varies among different types of elevator. The relevant
manual is now under preparation.

3. 重要危險機件之維修方式
The procedure for repairing the major critical part
3-1 Governor machine ,只要有發生動作時不管復歸與否必須通報,並由專業人員檢測
之,復歸時不可調整或拆卸封籤,螺絲,否則需整組更新, Governor machine 不可任意
維修或調整之, 正確安全釋放動作因機型不同而異,目前仍整理資料中
If there is any action on Governor machine, it must be reported no matter it is resumed
or not, and should be inspected by the professional engineer. Do not adjust or
dismantle the seal or screw when resuming, otherwise it will need to replace a new set.
Do not adjust or dismount the Governor machine. The correct release procedure varies
among different types of elevator. The relevant manual is now under preparation.

3-2 Safety/gear 及其拉桿不可調整或拆卸螺絲彈簧否則將有危險產生,正確安全釋放動


作因機型不同而異,目前仍整理資料中
Do not adjust or dismount any screw or spring of safety/gear or the pull rod, otherwise
the danger or damage may incur. The correct release procedure varies among different
types of elevator. The information is now in preparation.

1. Brake 不可調整或拆卸螺絲彈簧否則將有危險產生,正確安全釋放動作因機型不
同而異,目前仍整理資料中
Do not adjust or dismount any screw or spring of the brake, otherwise the danger or
damage may incur. The correct release procedure varies among different types of
elevator. The relevant manual is now under preparation.

3. Main/wire governor/wire 不可添加任何滑油,否則將使鋼索初期微細故障無法被檢


查出及增加其他危險
Do not add any additive or lubricate oil on Main/wire governor/wire, otherwise it may
hinder the detection of the minor malfunction and cause other danger or damage.

4. Traction machine 不可任意調整或拆卸螺絲如發現異狀應停止使用電梯並通報,由


專業人員檢測之
Do not adjust or dismount the screw of the traction machine. For any abnormal
situation, stop using the elevator, and notify the professional engineer to repair.
電梯安全基本特性及功能
Basic features and functions of Elevator Safety Device
(功能依不同機型而異需參照原說明書)
(Refer to the original manual for different models)

(1) 車廂門安全碰邊 Elevator door safety panel


當門關閉中,安全碰邊遇到阻礙物時,電梯門將重新開啟壹次,以防止夾傷
使用乘客
While the doors are closing, the doors will reopen once the panel touches any
obstacle to prevent the clamed injury.

(2) 電梯乘場門(外門) Elevator Doors (outside)


電梯所有乘場門(外門)均須關閉後,為電梯自動/手動運行條件之一
Elevator doors (outside) must be closed so the elevator can start operation either in
automatic or manual mode.

(3) 電梯車廂門(內門) Elevator Doors (inside)


電梯車廂門(內門)須關閉後,為電梯自動/手動運行條件之一
Elevator doors (inside) must be closed so the elevator can start operation either in
automatic or manual mode.

(4) 安全回路 Safety Circuit


包含各 E-STOP, 各 LIMIT/SW.接通後,為電梯自動/手動運行條件之一
All E-STOP, LIMIT / SW. must be connected so that the elevator can be operated
either in automatic or manual mode.

(5) 車廂上方慢車操作控制盤 Emergency operation control panel


包含自動/手動 SW. , 手動上行寸動 SW. , 手動下行寸動 SW. , 手動關門 SW.,
手動開門 SW.,E-STOP /SW.,逃生孔 RESET/SW.等
The procedure also includes automatic / manual SW., Manual up/down push button,
Manual “CLOSE” SW., Manual “OPEN” SW., E-STOP / SW., Escape hatch
RESET / SW.

(6) 緊急停電照明 Emergency light


當停電而使電梯不運作時,緊急停電照明燈將立即點亮,以方便乘客使用對講機
聯絡管理人員,以便進行救援工作
When the elevator blackout, the emergency power outage lights will light up
immediately, so as to facilitate passengers to use emergency call for rescue.

(7) 開門延長時間功能 Door open extend function


當欲較長時間保持開門狀態,以便較多人員進出或搬運貨品時可啟用此功能之
按鈕
Keep doors in extension opening status, to allowing more carring in and out of
people or cargo.

(8) 電眼光電安全系統 Electric sensor system


當電眼光電系統偵測電梯門有人員進出或搬運貨品時,便保持開門狀態,直
到確認無人員進出或貨品時才關門,此安全系統可避免乘客及貨品與門碰
撞所受之損傷
The electric sensor system will keep the doors open when it detects people or cargo
passing the sensor. This safety device can prevent crush of injury by the doors.

(9) 特定甲板關閉功能 Specific deck blocking function


當停靠碼頭時電梯不能到達特定甲板,已維護輪船人員設備安全
Blocking the elevator from going to specific decks when the ship gets alongside
the dock, in order to secure the safety of personnel and equipment on the ship.

(10) 電梯預報鈴,燈 Announcement bell/ light


電梯將抵達呼叫樓時,預報鈴或燈動作,預先通知等待乘客使有足夠時間搭乘
電梯
When elevator arrive in the call floor, the announcement bell or light start to alert
the passengers to prepare boarding

(11) 車廂超速煞車裝置 Speeding Brakes


當電梯異常下降速度達到正常速度 1.3 倍時,便自動切斷控制電源,當超過正常
速度 1.4 倍時,便啟動煞車裝置使車廂停止下降以確保乘客安全
When the cage moves downward at an abnormal 1.3 times of the normal speed, the
power will be shut off automatically. When it reaches more than 1.4 times of the
normal speed, the brakes will start functioning to stop the elevator, so as to protect
the passengers.

(12) 坑道緩衝裝置 Trunk Cushion


當電梯異常下降速度未達到正常速度 1.3 倍且接近電梯坑底時,此安全裝置將
緩衝車廂之下降速度,以減輕衝擊力量達到保護乘客安全作用
When the cage moves downward at an abnormal speed less than 1.3 times of the
normal speed but near the elevator pit bottom, this safety device will buffer the
downward speed, to reduce the impact and protect the passengers.

(13) 第一極限安全開關 First Limit Switches


當電梯運行到最高層樓或最低層樓而仍未正常停樓時,此安全開關將提供第一
道安全保護使車廂停止繼續運行
When the elevator proceeds to the top floor or bottom floor, but does not stop at
the normal position, this safety switch will start functioning to stop the cage.

(14) 最終極限安全開關 Final Limit Switches


當第一極限安全開關未能使車廂完全停止運行時,本最終極限安全開關將切斷
動力電源使車廂停止運行
If the first limit switch failed to stop the cage completely, this final limit switch
will cut off the power to stop the cage.

(15) 特定甲板待命功能 Standby function


當啟動此功能時,電梯於服務它甲板後並經夠若干時間後將自動回歸特定甲板
待命
When this function is on, the elevator will automatically return to the specific deck
and standby.

(16) MASTER/CALL 專用 Priority call function


當啟動此功能時,在專用樓層呼叫電梯時,不論電梯在任何狀況,均優先前往呼
叫樓層,以使使用者在最短時間內搭乘電梯
When this function is on, user can get the priority use of the elevator in any
condition by calling at the priority deck.

(17) 車廂上方逃生孔 Escape hatch cover


當電梯故障時,無法立即修復,供人員逃生用(須參照原說明書)
Exit for escaping from the cage if the malfunction can not be fixed immediately.
(Please refer to the original manual)

(18) 電梯坑道上方逃生孔 Escape hatch


供人員逃生時由此逃生孔離開電梯(須參照原說明書)
Exit for escaping from the elevator. (Please refer to the original manual)
(19) 車廂專用功能(船上電梯目前無裝設)
Cage Priority Function (Not installed on ship elevator currently)
當啟動此功能時,電梯不回應各樓層叫車,此時只能由車廂操作電梯
When this function is on, the elevator stops responding to outside call. It can only
be operated from inside the cage.
(20) 消防狀態功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Fire fighting function (Not installed on
ship elevator currently)
當有消防狀態產生時,電梯便處於消防狀態功能,不論電梯在任何狀況均會回
歸設定樓層並且開啟電梯門以便乘客疏散,且停止運行,直到消防狀態消除
When there is a fire alarm, the elevator will enter the fire fighting function and
move back to the origin floor from wherever it is. The door will be open for
evacuating passengers. The elevator will keep non-working until the fire fighting
function be cancelled.

(21) 重載量不停樓功能(船上電梯目前無裝設)”Non-stop with heavy load” function


(Not installed on ship elevator currently)
當電梯接到車廂已達 80%載重量之訊號時,則電梯不停各樓層叫車,只接受車
廂叫車,以便達到最佳載客運轉效率
When the total weight of the cage reaches 80% of the carrying capacity limit. The
elevator will not respond the call from each deck and can only operate from the
cage inside, so as to reach the maximum operation efficiency.

(22) 語音播報系統(船上電梯目前無裝設)Voice broadcast Function(Not installed on


ship elevator currently)
電梯各種狀態播報(含各樓層到達播報,正在開關門狀態播報,電梯是否超載播
報,電梯運行方向播報,各種警語,廣告,商標播報等)
Broadcasting conditions of the elevator. (Including the arrival in the destined floor,
opening or closing doors, overload, moving direction, warnings, advertisements
broadcast etc.)

(23) 車廂電扇照明省電功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Light and Fan Energy Saving


Function(Not installed on ship elevator currently)
當電梯無人使用而停止一段時間後,控制系統將自動關閉車廂內電扇,照明,直
到有人使用電梯才再度開啟,以達到省電功能
This function will close the elevator fan and light automatically when not operating
for a certain time, and resume until someone use it again.

(24) 停電不關人就近停樓功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Emergency Evacuation


Function for power-failure situation(Not installed on ship elevator currently)
當停電時,控制系統將自動開啟此功能,並使電梯緩慢運行至最近一樓停車,並
且開啟電梯門以便乘客疏散,避免造成不便及不可意期之危險
In the power-failure situation, this function will be activated automatically and
move the elevator to the nearest deck and evacuate passengers so as to minimize
the unexpected danger and damage.

(25) 故障就近停樓功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Emergency Evacuation Function for


elevator malfunction situation (Not installed on ship elevator currently)
當控制系統偵測到電梯有故障產生時,在安全無顧慮狀況下,車廂會自動啟動就
近停樓功能並且開啟電梯門以便乘客疏散,且電梯停止運行 Safe arriving
When the system detects a malfunction of elevator, this function will be activated
automatically and move the elevator to the nearest deck and evacuate passengers
and stop the elevator operation.

(26) 取消惡作劇功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Prank Clear-up Function(Not installed


on ship elevator currently)
若車廂按下按鈕數超過搭乘人數或車廂已空載,則會取消多餘叫車按鈕,以節省
能源及避免因惡作劇,錯誤叫車影響其他人員搭乘時間
When the elevator becomes empty, it will clear up excess inside order for energy
saving, and for avoiding affection on the rights of other passengers.

(27) 馬達溫控保護裝置(船上電梯目前無裝設) Motor Temperature Monitoring


System (Not installed on ship elevator currently)
當控制系統偵測到電梯馬達有溫度過熱故障產生時,在安全無顧慮狀況下,車廂
會自動近停樓並且開啟電梯門以便乘客疏散,且電梯停止運行,直到故障排除
When the control system detects an overheat condition of the elevator motors, the
elevator will be automatically moved to the nearest deck and evacuate passengers,
and stop the elevator operation until condition resolved.

(28) 服務生手動操作功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Manual optimization Function by


steward(Not installed on ship elevator currently)
由服務生於車廂內按實際狀況操作電梯,以達到最佳使用狀況
The elevator can be set in manual and operated by a steward in the cage for
optimizing the utilization.

(29) 密碼鎖定樓層功能(船上電梯目前無裝設) Cipher Lock for specific floor (Not


installed on ship elevator currently)
特定樓層可經由密碼鎖定,以管制閒雜人等進出,密碼可依實際需要而更換密碼
鎖定
For security concern, some specific decks can be locked by cipher setting, the
cipher can be changed by demand.
(30) 車廂特定樓層管制(船上電梯目前無裝設) Specific floor lock function(Not
installed on ship elevator currently)
當啟動此功能時,大樓管理人員可以在特定時間(如夜晚,星期假日)將電梯關閉
於特定樓層(如壹樓)以便管理或配合大樓運作
When this function is activated, the controller can lock the elevator at the specific
floor (for example the first floor), so as for a better management or the operation
requirement.

Instruction for Operating Elevator

一.搭乘方式 The ways to take the Elevator


(1) 在各甲板搭乘電梯
Calling the elevator at each deck:
一. 按下希望到達方向之外叫車按鈕
Push the button of the floor you are going.
二. 確認該外叫車按鈕燈亮
Confirm the button lights up after pushing.
三. 稍後片刻等待電梯到達
Wait for the arrival of the elevator.
四. 電梯到達時會自動開門
The doors will open automatically when the elevator arrives.
五. 確認電梯車廂是不是停穩及水平及運行方向後再進入車廂
Make sure the elevator is steady and level before entering the cage.
(2) 在電梯車廂內操作
Operating the elevator inside:
一. 按下希望到達目的甲板之叫車按鈕
Push the button of destination deck.
二. 按下關門按鈕,可立即關上電梯門(唯需確認無人進出以免夾傷人員)
Push the “close” button to close the doors.(make sure nobody is moving in or
out so as to avoid clamped injury by the doors)
三. 電梯運行時,不可跳躍,搖晃車廂,或亂按其它按鈕,以免發生故障
No jumping, shaking or pushing button for fun when the elevator is moving.
四. 電梯到樓停車時,電梯門將會自動開啟,此時需確認是否為所需之目的甲
板後再出電梯
The doors will open automatically when arriving at the destined floor. Make
sure it is your destination before exiting.

二.使用注意事項 User Guidelines


(1) 當最後一人進入車廂時如超載警鈴響起,則表示搭載人員或載重量已超出額定
載重,此時電梯門將會重新開啟,且電梯不再繼續運轉並保持開門狀態停於該樓
層,直到有人走出車廂或載重量低於額定載重才自動解除超載狀態(此時超載
警鈴停止鈴響,電梯門將自動關閉,電梯恢復自動運轉)電梯繼續前往各甲板應
答叫車
When “overload” alarm rings, it means overload in the elevator. Elevator will stop
operating and keep opening before the loading weight can be lower than the safety
limit.(When overload alarm ring stop, elevator doors will close automatically and
resume operating)
(2) 進入電梯車廂內應立即按下希望到達目的甲板之叫車按鈕,若太遲按下
此時電梯可能前往其它甲板應答叫車,而無法快速到達目的樓層
Push the button of destination deck as soon as after entering the elevator, otherwise
it may go to another deck by another call at that deck.
(3) 電梯門開啟後,若干秒會自動關閉,如按下開門按鈕則電梯門有較長時間之開門
狀態,以便較多人員進出或搬運貨品,當放開開門按鈕,則門將自動關閉
The doors will close automatically in a few seconds after it opens. If you want to
keep it open for more people or moving in store, push the “open” button and hold.
(4) 當電梯門關閉中,此時若輕碰觸電梯門前端安全碰邊,電梯門將自動重新開啟壹

While the doors are closing, touch the safety panel located at the front edge of the
door then it will reopen.
(5) 當電梯門關閉中,若按下與電梯同運行方向之外叫車按鈕時,電梯門將自動重新
開啟壹次
The doors will open again if someone push outside upward button when elevator
door close and move upward.(vise versa)

(6) 當電梯運轉中,不可按下緊急停止開關,以免因緊急停止而造成不可意期之危險
To avoid unexpected danger, do not push “Emergency” button while the elevator is
moving.
(7) 勿倚靠電梯門,以免隨身衣物被夾入門縫中而發生危險
Do not lean on elevator doors to avoid clothes being clipped.
(8) 勿將垃圾,煙蒂等雜物丟棄於電梯門溝內,以免造成門無法正常開關
Keep the track of elevator door clean so as to avoid door malfunction.
(9) 電梯內禁止吸煙,家眷之幼兒不可獨自搭乘電梯,必須由船員陪同
No smoking in the elevator, children must be accompanied when taking the
elevator.
(10) 火災時不可搭乘電梯,應使用樓梯做為疏散方式
Do not use the elevator for evacuation when the fire takes place onboard the ship,
shall escape and evacuate by stair.
