電梯安全維修操作說明
維修建議
Maintenance suggestion
綜合本公司多年來修護各國各類型船舶電梯 , 發現船上電梯( 不分船齡) 均有潛
在危險之實際狀況產生 ( 如主鋼索上油 , SAFE/GEAR 卡死無法動作 , 調速機鋼索
磨損 , 或有移位產生 , 煞車片老化等等重大之潛在危險 ),此時電梯表面上似乎仍可
操作運行,實際上危機四伏,其原有設計之高安全系數已蕩然無存,又船舶電梯因使用
環境特殊其保養修護方式與一般電梯有如天壤之別,如無豐富經驗而為之,其後果將無
法預知,可謂不可不慎。
Through the experiences acquiring from M&R on various ship elevators, we learned
that the ship elevators had more latent dangerous situations such as “main cable get
greased”, “SAFE/GEAR stuck”, “Governor wire worn out or not in position”, ”break
lining hardened” etc… Even the elevator looks still operating well, but it is already out of
the safe zone of the original safety design. Moreover, with the restricted space on the ships,
the M&R of the ship elevators actually require more experiences in view of human safety.
又因船舶電梯是封閉及完全自動化操作方式之機器 , 因而常常遭到忽視 , 並且
無任何儀器可加以監控及警示 , 換言之我們無法事先得知與掌握電梯各項信息並加
以防患, 因此不可預期之潛在危險便悄然產生而不自知 , 往往在造成人員傷亡時已
無法挽回 , 因此為減低不可預期之潛在危險 , 定期機件保養與安全設備測試便不可
不加以注意及實施 。
And as the ship elevators are totally closed and automatically operated. They are
normally equipped with no monitoring or warning devices, which means we cannot
acquire the abnormal information until the malfunctions or human injury/death happen.
Thus it is strongly recommended to periodically maintain the equipments and test the
safety device.
因此建議船上電梯應 :
Our suggestions for the ship’s elevators are:
1. 船齡5
船齡5年內至少實施一次定期保養(
年內至少實施一次定期保養(以免過度磨損, 以免過度磨損,造成往後電梯維
修困難,,運行狀況不良

At least one regular full maintenance for the ship aged less than 5
years (to avoid over-worn that makes difficulties in maintenance
or worsen the operation conditions)
2. 船齡5
船齡5年內至少實施一次安全設備測試調整(
年內至少實施一次安全設備測試調整(此為防止SAFE/GEAR 此為防止SAFE/GEAR
卡死無法動作及緊急煞車是否正常等)

At least one test/adjustment for the safety device of the ship aged

3. 船齡5
船齡5年以上每年至少實施一次年度保養及安全設備測試調整

annually for the ships aged more than 5 years
4. 船上電梯鋼索每7
船上電梯鋼索每7年至少更換一次( 年至少更換一次(因鋼索芯材質所致鋼索輪異常
磨損,, 鋼索脆化等潛在危險產生

Change the elevator cables at least every 7 years (to avoid the wire
cable reel worn out by bad wire material, or the wire strength
weakened)
如此船上電梯將有測試數據可加以監控,並可事先防範未然,減少故障及工安事項之
發生。
The above may help collect useful testing data for monitoring purpose, and prevent
unnecessary accidents and damages.
非特定受訓專業人員進入電梯坑道建議方式

1.觀念之建立
A. 當轉身將打開電梯外門之時,必須立刻認定此電梯是可能有潛在故障,是可能非
你能控制而會發生危險的,雖然上一秒你仍搭乘電梯使用它
While opening the outside door of the elevator, keep in mind that there might be
danger caused by potential defect though it might appear in normal condition
when you used just a moment ago.
B. 看似正常可搭乘之電梯,並非所有機件功能都是正常安全,在某些時機條件
成立時,潛在故障已伺機將發生
Be alert to the potential risk that may lead to unexpected accident although the
elevator looks safe.
進入電梯坑道:
進入電梯坑道 Entering the trunk
2.進入電梯坑道
A. 各甲板電梯外叫車面板,貼上維修告示牌,並進行廣播通知電梯停止使用
Hang the placard of maintenance on the panel outside of each floor. Broadcast the
elevator is unavailable accordingly.
B.派 A 員於電梯機房控制盤總電源開關旁
Send a watchman by the main power switch in engine control room.
C.該 A 員必須處於一手可隨時關掉總電源開關,一手拿對講機,並處於受話狀態
The watchman should be able one hand to switch off the main power and use walkie
talkie to communicate with the other hand.
D.該 A 員與將進入電梯坑道人員之間通話頻道應是暢通且不受干擾
The communication between the watchman and the staff entering the trunk should
be channeled smoothly and without any interruption.
E.將進入電梯坑道人員需通知 A 員關掉總電源開關並確認後才可進入電梯坑道
Make sure the watchman switch off the main power and reconfirm before the staff
entering the trunk.
F.進入電梯車廂上面,不可由電梯車廂逃生孔進出,應由斷電後車廂所在位置之上
一層甲板,打開該層乘場門(外門)後進入坑道車廂上方
The staff shall enter the trunk from the door of upper floor where the elevator stall
after power switched off. It is prohibited to enter the trunk from the top escape hatch
cover inside the cage.
G.進入坑道車廂上方就位站穩,並確認車廂上方慢車操作控制盤之手自動 SW.是在
手動位置,及確認 E-STOP/SW.可隨時關掉後再通知 A 員將總電源開關送電
The staff shall ensure that the “AUTO/MANUEL” switch on the emergency
operation control panel is at “MANUAL” position after entering the trunk. Then ask
the watchman to switch on the main power after confirming the E-Stop/SW can be
switched off anytime.
H.先按下慢車操作控制盤之手動下行寸動 SW.車廂下行後,立刻停止
Push the manual downward bottom on emergency operation control panel. The
elevator should be stopped immediately after it going down.
I .再按下慢車操作控制盤之手動上行寸動 SW.車廂上行後,立刻停止
Push the manual upward bottom on emergency operation control panel. The elevator
should be stopped immediately after it lifting up.
J.使慢車操作控制盤之 E-STOP/SW.為 OFF 位置,再先後按下手動下行寸動 SW.
及手動上行寸動 SW.此時車廂應該不可移動
Shift the E-Stop/SW to “Off” and push the manual downward/upward bottom to
confirm the cage is not moving.
K.步驟 H. I. J.必須同時正常操作,否則必須立刻停止使用電梯,並通知專業人員進
行維修
Steps H.I.J. shall be operated normally at the same time, otherwise stop immediately
and inform the professional engineer to proceed maintenance.

3.離開電梯坑道
A. 通知 A 員關掉總電源開關並確認
Inform the watchman to switch off the main power and confirm.
B. 使慢車操作控制盤之各 SW.按鍵,恢復自動正常位置,人員退出電梯坑道後再確
認內外門關閉後,再通知 A 員將總電源開關送電,並進行正常運行操作一次後才
可拆去維修告示牌放行電梯供人使用
Reset the slow down control panel back to “AUTO”. Reconfirm the doors are
closed after the staff retreated and notify the watchman to switch on the main
power. After confirming the normal test operation, take off the “Under
Maintenance” placard and allow the elevator back to use.
發生緊急事故建議處理方式
Recommendation of Handling Emergency
1.人員夾於電梯車廂上方與甲板地板之間處理方式
Procedure of handling “people stuck in between cage and floor”
A. 現場有其他人員時 When someone on the scene:
A-1.深呼吸,鎮定
Take a deep breathing and calm down
A-2.現場人員先回想之前所做步驟或動作並再確認慢車操作控制盤是處於可手動操作
狀態後進行 A-3 步驟
Recall the working procedure and check the slow control panel, perform step A-3 if
the panel is at “manual” position.
A-3 再按下手動下行寸動 SW.使車廂下行直到人員可脫困為止,協助受傷人員身體不可
超出車廂移動範圍內,再下行或上行直到適合救援甲板為止
Push the “down” switch until the injured can be moved in the cage safely. Then
assist the injured to stay in the range of the cage when the elevator moves until
arrive at the rescue deck.
A-4 如無法進行手動操作狀態則進行 B-3 步驟
Perform Step B-3 if the elevator can not be moved by manual operation.
1.人員夾於電梯車廂下方或其他方與甲板地板或牆壁之間處理方式
Procedure of handling “people stuck in between the cage and the walls
A. 現場有其他人員時 When someone on the scene:
A-1 現場人員先確認是否可進行手動上下行操作後進行 A-2 步驟
Check if the manual operation is working.
A-2 按下手動下行寸動 SW.使車廂上行或下行直到人員可脫困為止,協助受傷人員
身體不可超出車廂移動範圍內,再下行或上行直到適合救援甲板為止
Push the “down” switch until the injured can be moved in the cage safely. Then
assist the injured to stay in the range of the cage when the elevator moves until
arrive at the rescue deck.
A-3 如無法進行手動操作狀態則進行 B-2 步驟
Perform step B-2 if the elevator can not be operated manually.
2. 機房進行盤車放煞車動作:
When loosing the brake for turning the gear in the engine room:
不可任意調整或拆卸螺絲彈簧否則將有危險產生,正確安全釋放動作因機型
不同而異,目前仍整理資料中
Do not adjust or dismount any screw or spring to avoid unnecessary danger or damage.
The correct release procedure varies among different types of elevator. The relevant
manual is now under preparation.
3. 重要危險機件之維修方式
The procedure for repairing the major critical part
3-1 Governor machine ,只要有發生動作時不管復歸與否必須通報,並由專業人員檢測
之,復歸時不可調整或拆卸封籤,螺絲,否則需整組更新, Governor machine 不可任意
維修或調整之, 正確安全釋放動作因機型不同而異,目前仍整理資料中
If there is any action on Governor machine, it must be reported no matter it is resumed
or not, and should be inspected by the professional engineer. Do not adjust or
dismantle the seal or screw when resuming, otherwise it will need to replace a new set.
Do not adjust or dismount the Governor machine. The correct release procedure varies
among different types of elevator. The relevant manual is now under preparation.
1. Brake 不可調整或拆卸螺絲彈簧否則將有危險產生,正確安全釋放動作因機型不
同而異,目前仍整理資料中
Do not adjust or dismount any screw or spring of the brake, otherwise the danger or
damage may incur. The correct release procedure varies among different types of
elevator. The relevant manual is now under preparation.
(6) 當電梯運轉中,不可按下緊急停止開關,以免因緊急停止而造成不可意期之危險
To avoid unexpected danger, do not push “Emergency” button while the elevator is
moving.
(7) 勿倚靠電梯門,以免隨身衣物被夾入門縫中而發生危險
Do not lean on elevator doors to avoid clothes being clipped.
(8) 勿將垃圾,煙蒂等雜物丟棄於電梯門溝內,以免造成門無法正常開關
Keep the track of elevator door clean so as to avoid door malfunction.
(9) 電梯內禁止吸煙,家眷之幼兒不可獨自搭乘電梯,必須由船員陪同
No smoking in the elevator, children must be accompanied when taking the
elevator.
(10) 火災時不可搭乘電梯,應使用樓梯做為疏散方式
Do not use the elevator for evacuation when the fire takes place onboard the ship,
shall escape and evacuate by stair.
