Project Portfolio/Project Report


General Instructions:
It is compulsory for all to prepare the Project file.
The Internal Assessment of Term II will be in the form of Project Portfolio/Project Report and Viva.
Both Project and Viva will carry 5 Marks Each.
The Project Report is needs to be completed in at least 1000 words in your own handwriting.

Project-Portfolio/ Project Report
The Project-Portfolios is a compilation of the work that the students produce during the process of working on their
ALS Project. The Project-Portfolio will include the following:

THE PROJECT PORTFOLIO SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
1. Cover page with the title of the project, school details of the students
2. Statement of purpose or objectives
3. Certificate of completion
4. Content of the project
5. Topic of the project and why is it important
6. Action plan of the project
7. Project Report
8. Learning of the student during this project work
9. Questionnaire
10. Photographs
11. List of resources and bibliography

NOTE: THE PROJECT SHOULD BE HANDWRITTEN


USE A4 size Colour Paper Sheet for the project and after compiling everything it should be spiral binding.

You should make pictorial as well as graphical presentation in the file. All data should be collected authentically
with source provided in bibliography. Report should be hand written in at least 1000 words.

PROJECT LAYOUT
SHEET 1- Cover Page with title, school details, details of students
SHEET 2- Statement of purpose/ Objective/ Goal (what are you trying to say through this project)
SHEET 3- Certificate of Completion under the guidance of the teacher.
SHEET 4- Action Plan (What would you about the project)
• Few lines about the project.
• Research Tools and Methodology.
• Supporting Material- Data, Interviews, Articles, Reports, Pictures etc. (just write about them)
SHEET 5- Introduction of the Project.
NEXT SHEETS- Body of the Project
• Supporting Material
• Questionnaire
• Case Study
• Assignments
• Survey Report
• Transcripts / Quotes
• Articles
• Interviews
NEXT SHEETS- Project Report in at least 1000-words essay/script/report
NEXT SHEET- Student Reflection / Learning
150-200 words paragraph about the experience and learning outcomes
PHOTOGRAPHS, DATA, CHARTS etc. should be pasted at appropriate places
LAST SHEET- LIST OF RESOURCES / BIBLIOGRAPHYY

PARAMETERS OF ASSESSMENT
The following points must be kept for consideration while assessing the project portfolios:
1. Adherence to the specified timeline
2. Quality of content of the project
3. Accuracy of information
4. Content in respect of (spellings, grammar, punctuation)
5. Clarity of thoughts and ideas
6. Creativity
7. Contributions by group members
8. Knowledge and experience gained

Few More Instructions:


✓ Listen to the podcasts, documentaries, interviews etc. on the given topics \
✓ Read as much material as you can on the given topic
✓ Talk to people, interview them, ask questions, and note them down
✓ Collect authentic data from all sources you can find
✓ Do a thorough research on the topic assigned
✓ Prepare a report / essay in about 800-1000 words describing the topic/issue/giving your own opinion /
suggestions / measures / viewpoints / its impact on people and your learning experience
✓ You can also state the name of various speakers / people quote them and express their viewpoints
✓ The project should be neat, legible, with an emphasis on quality of content, accuracy of information,
creative expression, proper sequencing and should be relevant as per your assigned topic
✓ Use coloured A4 size sheets. Avoid using multi-coloured pens (Use Black and Blue Ball Point Pen)
✓ No repetition or copying of project work would be accepted.
✓ No Use sharing your work with anyone else, it is of no use, everyone has got different Project.
✓ No marks will be awarded for a casual approach of completing the project
