Dear Maam/Sir,

Good day!

I am writing to inform you of my intent to apply for any vacant position in your office
that are consumerate of my qualifications.

I am Jessa Mae P. Celocia, a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in


General Education at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. I have passed both
the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and Career Service Examination
(CSE) Professional Level last 2019.

Attached with this letter are my resume and copies of my CSC Certificate of Eligibility
(COE), PRC license, PRC certificate of rating, and Transcript of Records (TOR).

I have no working experience yet since I got pregnant last 2018 and 2020 and had to
personally take care of my babies but I believe that I am ready and more willing to
take the duties and responsibilities of any job that fits my qualifications as I am still
continuously equipping myself with skills and learnings through my everyday life.

I would be happy to welcome an interview and I am hoping for a favorable response.
