ABOUT THIS MANUAL
Purpose
This manual describes the assembly, installation, operation and troubleshooting of this unit. Please read
this manual carefully before installations and operations. Keep this manual for future reference.

Scope
This manual provides safety and installation guidelines as well as information on tools and wiring.
The following cases are not within the scope of warranty:
(1) Out of warranty.
(2) Series number was changed or lost.
(3) Battery capacity was declined or external damaged.
(4) Inverter was damaged caused of transport shift, remissness,ect external factor.
(5) Inverter was damaged caused of irresistible natural disasters.
(6) Not in accordance with the electrical power supply conditions or operate environment caused damage.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: This chapter contains important safety and operating instructions. Read and
keep this manual for future reference.

1. Before using the unit, read all instructions and cautionary markings on the unit, the batteries and all
appropriate sections of this manual.
2. CAUTION --To reduce risk of injury, charge only deep-cycle lead acid type rechargeable batteries.
Other types of batteries may burst, causing personal injury and damage.
3. Do not disassemble the unit. Take it to a qualified service center when service or repair is required.
Incorrect re-assembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
4. To reduce risk of electric shock, disconnect all wirings before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.
Turning off the unit will not reduce this risk.
5. CAUTION – Only qualified personnel can install this device with battery.
6. NEVER charge a frozen battery.
7. For optimum operation of this inverter/charger, please follow required spec to select appropriate cable
size. It’s very important to correctly operate this inverter/charger.
8. Be very cautious when working with metal tools on or around batteries. A potential risk exists to drop
a tool to spark or short circuit batteries or other electrical parts and could cause an explosion.
9. Please strictly follow installation procedure when you want to disconnect AC or DC terminals. Please
refer to INSTALLATION section of this manual for the details.
10. Fuses (1 piece of 150A,63VDC for 1KW,4 pieces of 40A, 32VDC for 2KW and 6 pieces of 40A, 32VDC
for 3KW) are provided as over-current protection for the battery supply.
11. GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS -This inverter/charger should be connected to a permanent grounded
wiring system. Be sure to comply with local requirements and regulation to install this inverter.
12. NEVER cause AC output and DC input short circuited. Do NOT connect to the mains when DC input
short circuits.
13. Warning!! Only qualified service persons are able to service this device. If errors still persist after
following troubleshooting table, please send this inverter/charger back to local dealer or service center
for maintenance.

INTRODUCTION
This is a multi-function inverter/charger, combining functions of inverter, solar charger and battery charger to
offer uninterruptible power support with portable size. Its comprehensive LCD display offers user-configurable
and easy-accessible button operation such as battery charging current, AC/solar charger priority, and
acceptable input voltage based on different applications.

Basic System Architecture


The following illustration shows basic application for this inverter/charger. It also includes following devices to
have a complete running system:
 Generator or Utility.
 PV modules (option)
Consult with your system integrator for other possible system architectures depending on your requirements.

This inverter can power all kinds of appliances in home or office environment, including motor-type appliances
such as tube light, fan, refrigerator and air conditioner.

INSTALLATION
Unpacking and Inspection
Before installation, please inspect the unit. Be sure that nothing inside the package is damaged. You should
have received the following items inside of package:
 The unit x 1
 User manual x 1
 USB cable x 1
 Software CD x 1

Preparation
Before connecting all wirings, please take off bottom cover by removing two screws as shown below

Mounting the Unit


Consider the following points before selecting where to install:
⚫ Do not mount the inverter on flammable construction
materials.
⚫ Mount on a solid surface
⚫ Install this inverter at eye level in order to allow the LCD
display to be read at all times.
⚫ For proper air circulation to dissipate heat, allow a clearance
of approx. 200 mm to the side and approx. 300 mm above
and below the unit.
⚫ The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 55°C
to ensure optimal operation.
⚫ The recommended installation position is to be adhered to
the wall vertically.
⚫ Be sure to keep other objects and surfaces as shown in the
below diagram to guarantee sufficient heat dissipation and
to have enough space for removing wires.

SUITABLE FOR MOUNTING ON CONCRETE OR


OTHER NON-COMBUSTIBLE SURFACE ONLY.

Install the unit by screwing two screws.

Battery Connection
CAUTION: To safety operation and regulation compliance, it’s requested to install a separate DC over-current
protector or disconnect device between battery and inverter. It may not be requested to have a disconnect
device in some applications, however, it’s still requested to have over-current protection installed. Please refer
to typical amperage in below table as required fuse or beaker size.

WARNING! All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel.


WARNING! It's very important for system safety and efficient operation to use
appropriate cable for battery connection. To reduce risk of injury, please use the
proper recommended cable and terminal size as below.

Please follow below steps to implement battery connection:


1. Assemble battery ring terminal based on recommended battery cable and terminal size.
2.1KW model supports 12VDC system. Connect all battery packs as below chart, It’s suggested to connect at
least 100Ah capacity battery for 1KW model. 2KW/3KW model supports 24VDC system. Connect all battery
packs as below chart, It’s suggested to connect at least 100Ah capacity battery for 2KW-3KW model.

2. Insert the ring terminal of battery cable flatly into battery connector of inverter and make sure the bolts are
tightened with torque of 2-3 Nm. Make sure polarity at both the battery and the inverter/charge is correctly
connected and ring terminals are tightly screwed to the battery terminals.

WARNING: Shock Hazard


Installation must be performed with care due to high battery voltage in series.

CAUTION!! Do not place anything between the flat part of the inverter terminal and the ring
terminal. Otherwise, overheating may occur.
CAUTION!! Do not apply anti-oxidant substance on the terminals before terminals are
connected tightly.
CAUTION!! Before making the final DC connection or closing DC breaker/disconnector, be sure
DC (+) must be connected to DC (+) and DC (-) must be connected to DC (-).

AC Input/Output Connection
CAUTION!! Before connecting to AC input power source, please install a separate AC breaker between
inverter and AC input power source. This will ensure the inverter can be securely disconnected during
maintenance and fully protected from over current of AC input. The recommended spec of AC breaker is 10A
for 1kW, AC breaker is 20A for 2KW, 32A for 3KW.
CAUTION!! There are two terminal blocks with “IN” and “OUT” markings. Please do NOT-misconnect input
and output connectors.
WARNING! All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel.
WARNING! It's very important for system safety and efficient operation to use appropriate cable for AC input
connection. To reduce risk of injury, please use the proper recommended cable size as below.

Please follow below steps to implement AC input/output connection:


1. Before making AC input/output connection, be sure to open DC protector or disconnector first.
2. Remove insulation sleeve 10mm for six conductors. And shorten phase L and neutral conductor N 3 mm.
3. Insert AC input wires according to polarities indicated on terminal block and tighten the terminal screws. Be
sure to connect PE protective conductor ( ) first.

L→LINE (brown or black)
N→Neutral (blue)

WARNING:
Be sure that AC power source is disconnected before attempting to hardwire it to the unit.

4. Then, insert AC output wires according to polarities indicated on terminal block and tighten terminal screws.
Be sure to connect PE protective conductor ( ) first.

5. Make sure the wires are securely connected.


CAUTION: Important
Be sure to connect AC wires with correct polarity. If L and N wires are connected reversely, it may cause
utility short-circuited when these inverters are working in parallel operation.

CAUTION: Appliances such as air conditioner are required at least 2~3 minutes to restart because it's

required to have enough time to balance refrigerant gas inside of circuits. If a power shortage occurs and
recovers in a short time, it will cause damage to your connected appliances. To prevent this kind of damage,
please check manufacturer of air conditioner if it's equipped with time-delay function before installation.
Otherwise, this inverter/charger will trig overload fault and cut off output to protect your appliance but
sometimes it still causes internal damage to the air conditioner.

PV Connection
CAUTION: Before connecting to PV modules, please install separately a DC circuit breaker between
inverter and PV modules.
WARNING! All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel.
WARNING! It's very important for system safety and efficient operation to use appropriate cable for PV
module connection. To reduce risk of injury, please use the proper recommended cable size as below.

.PV Module Selection:


When selecting proper PV modules, please be sure to consider below parameters:
1. Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules not exceeds max. PV array open circuit voltage of inverter.
2. Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules should be higher than min. battery voltage.

Please follow below steps to implement PV module connection:


1. Remove insulation sleeve 10 mm for positive and negative conductors
2. Check correct polarity of connection cable from PV modules and PV input
connectors. Then, connect positive pole (+) of connection cable to positive
pole (+) of PV input connector. Connect negative pole (-) of connection cable
to negative pole (-) of PV input connector.

3. Make sure the wires are securely connected.

Final Assembly
After connecting all wirings, please put bottom cover back by screwing two screws as shown below.

Communication Connection
Please use supplied communication cable to connect to inverter and PC. Insert bundled CD into a computer
and follow on-screen instruction to install the monitoring software. For the detailed software operation, please
check user manual of software inside of CD.

WARNING:It’s forbidden to use network cable as the communication cable to directly communicate with the PC
port. Otherwise,the internal components of the controller will be damaged.
WARNING:RJ45 interface is only suitable for the use of the company’s supporting products or professional
operation.

There is one dry contact (3A/250VAC) available on the rear panel. It can be used to deliver signal to external
device when battery voltage reaches warning level.

OPERATION
Power ON/OFF

Once the unit has been properly installed and the batteries are connected well, simply press On/Off switch
(located on the button of the case) to turn on the unit.

Operation and Display Panel


The operation and display panel, shown in below chart, is on the front panel of the inverter. It includes
three indicators, four function keys and a LCD display, indicating the operating status and input/output
power information.

LCD Setting
After pressing and holding "ENTER" button for 2 seconds, the unit will enter setting mode, and then,
press "ENTER" or "MENU" button to confirm the selection and exit. Press "UP" or "DOWN"
button to select setting programs.

Solar energy provides power to the loads as

If battery voltage has been higher than the
setting point in program 21 for 5 minutes, the
inverter will turn to battery mode, solar and
battery will provide power to the load at the
same time.

point in program 20, the inverter will turn to
bypass mode, utility provides power to the
load only, and the solar will charge the
battery at the same time.

Acest manual ofera informatii legate de asamblare, instalare si utilizare, precum si instructiuni in caz de
defectiune. Va rugam sa cititi acest manual cu atentie inainte de punerea in functiune a produsului. Nu aruncati

Instructiuni de siguranta
ATENTIONARE: Acest capitol ofera informatii de siguranta importante.

1. Inainte de a folosi acest produs, cititi cu atentie toate instructiunile si marcajele de atentionare de pe
invertor si de pe baterie.
2. AVERTIZARE -Pentru a reduce riscul de accidentare, folositi doar baterii reincarcabile cu plumb acid.
Alte tipuri de baterii ar putea produce vatamare corporala si daune.
3. Nu dezasamblati produsul. In caz de defectiune, apelati la un centru service specializat. Reasamblarea
incorecta a produsului ar putea cauza soc electric si chiar incendii.
4. Pentru a reduce riscul de soc electric, deconectati toate firele inaintea efectuarii procedurilor de
reparatie si intretinere. Doar oprirea invertorului nu reduce riscul de accidente.
5. ATENTIONARE – Doar personalul calificat poate instala invertorul si bateria.
6. NICIODATA nu incarcati o baterie inghetata.
7. Pentru performante optime, folositi doar tipurile de cabluri recomandate. Este foarte important sa
operati in mod corect acest invertor.
8. Fiti foarte atent cand umblati cu scule metalice in apropierea bateriei. Exista riscul sa scapati aceste
obiecte metalice pe baterie si sa se produca scantei care ar putea cauza un incendiu.
9. Urmariti cu strictete instructiunile cand doriti sa deconectati terminalii AC sau DC.
10. Sigurantele (1 x 150A,63VDC pentru 1KW,4 x 40A, 32VDC pentru 2KW si 6 x 40A, 32VDC pentru 3KW)
sunt furnizate pentru a asigura protectie la supracurent pentru alimentarea pe baterie.
11. INSTRUCTIUNI DE IMPAMANTARE – Acest invertor trebuie conectat la un sistem permanent cu
impamantare. Fiti sigur ca respectati legile si regulile locale cand instalati acest invertor.
12. NICIODATA nu cauzati scurtcircuit pe iesirea AC sau pe intrarea DC. Nu conectati la sursa de curent
daca intrarea DC este in scurt.
13. Atentionare!! Doar personal calificat poate asigura service acestui invertor, duceti produsul la un
centru service specializat.

INTRODUCERE
Acesta este un invertor/incarcator multifunctional care combina functiile unui invertor, incarcator solar si
incarcator de baterii ce ofera o sursa de alimentare neintreruptibila. Ecranul LCD ofera informatii privind
configurarea si utilizarea acestui produs, cum ar fi informatii privind curentul de incarcare a bateriei, prioritate
incarcare AC sau solara, tensiune de incarcare in functie de diferite aplicatii.

Caracteristici sistem de baza


Imaginea de mai jos prezinta modul standard de instalare si utilizare ale acestui invertor. Sistemul include:
 Un generator (optional, nu este inclus) sau sursa de curent publica
 Module PV (nu sunt incluse)
In functie de cerintele si necesitatile dvs. puteti crea sisteme cu arhitectura diferita de cea prezentata mai jos.

Invertorul poate alimenta tot felul de dispozitive electrice din casa sau biroul dvs., inclusiv dispozitive cum ar fi
frigidere, ventilatoare, aparate de aer conditionat.

INSTALARE

Pregatire
Inainte de a conecta toate firele, scoateti capacul de sus desfacand suruburile dupa cum este prezentat in
imaginea de mai jos:

Instalarea invertorului
Inainte de alegerea locatiei de instalare, luati in considerare recomandarile de mai jos :
⚫ Nu montati invertorul pe constructii facute din materiale
inflamabile.
⚫ Montati invertorul pe o suprafata solida.
⚫ Pentru o buna ventilare a invertorului, pastrati o distanta de
cel putin 20 cm de o parte di de alta si cel putin 30 cm
deasupra si dedesubtul unitatii fata de alte obiecte.
⚫ Temperatura mediului de lucru trebuie sa fie intre 0 si 40°C
⚫ Montati invertorul in pozitie verticala.

Conectarea bateriei
ATENTIONARE: pentru a instala invertorul in conditii de siguranta este necesar sa instalati separat intre
baterie si invertor un dispozitiv de protectie la supracurent DC sau un dispozitiv de deconectare. In unele
aplicatii s-ar putea sa nu fie necesara instalarea unui dispozitiv de deconectare, in orice caz, dispozitivul de
protectie la supracurent este obligatoriu. Faceti referire la tabelul de mai jos cu valorile recomandate de
amperaj si capacitate baterie.

ATENTIONARE! Toate conexiunile trebuie efectuate doar de personal calificat.


ATENTIONARE! Este foarte important pentru siguranta sistemului si eficienta utilizarii to use appropriate cable
sa folositi pentru conectarea bateriei doar tipul si dimensiunile de cablu recomandate.

Urmati pasii de mai jos pentru conectarea bateriei:


1. invertorul 1KW suporta sistem de 12VDC. Conectati bateria ca in imaginea de mai jos. Va recomandam sa
conectati o baterie cu o capacitate de cel putin 100Ah.
2. invertorul 2KW/3KW suporta sistem de 24VDC. Conectati bateria ca in imaginea de mai jos. Va recomandam
sa conectati o baterie cu o capacitate de cel putin 100Ah.

1. Fixati cablurile de conexiune ale bateriei la terminalele invertorului. Pentru strangerea inelelor folositi o
cheie tubulata de 2-3Nm. Acordati atentie polaritatii.

ATENTIONARE: Risc de soc electric


Instalarea bateriei trebuie sa se faca cu mare prudenta, intrucat se lucreaza cu intensitate ridicata
a curentului.

AVERTIZARE!! Nu plasati nimic intre partea plata a terminalelor invertorului si inelele de


conexiune, datorira temperaturilor ridicate din aceast zona.
AVERTIZARE!! Nu aplicati substante antioxidante pe terminali inainte de executarea
conexiunilor.
AVERTIZARE!! Inainte de finalizarea tuturor conexiunilor, asigurati-va ca polul pozitiv este
conectat la (+) si polul negativ la (-)

Conectare intrare/iesire sursa AC


ATENTIONARE!! Inainte de conectarea sursei de alimentare AC, va recomandam sa instalati separat un
intrerupator AC intre invertor si sursa AC. Astfel, invertorul va putea fi usor deconectat cand se executa
operatiuni de intretinere la sursa AC. Intrerupatorul AC recomandat: 10A pentru invertor 1kW, 20A pentru
invertor 2KW, 32A pentru invertor 3KW.
AVERTIZARE!! Sunt doi terminali cu marcaje “IN” si “OUT”. Va rugam sa nu conectati gresit conectorii de
intrare si de iesire.
ATENTIONARE! toate conexiunile trebuie efectuate doar de personal calificat.
ATENTIONARE! Pentru siguranta sistemului si un mod de operare eficient este foarte important sa folositi tipul
si dimensiunea de cablu recomandate.

Urmati pasii de mai jos pentru a face conexiunie AC intrare/iesire:


1. Iniante de a face conexiunie AC intrare/iesire, asigurati-va ca ati deschis dispozitivul de protectie sau
deconectare DC.
2. Indepartati izolatia de 10mm de pe cei 6 conductori si scurtati Faza L si conductorul neutru N 3mm.
3. Introduceti firele de intrare AC respectand polaritatea indicata pe terminale dupa care strangeti bine
suruburile terminalelor. Asigurati-va ca ati conectat mai intai conductorul de protectie PE protective ( ).

ATENTIONARE:
Asigurati-va ca sursa AC este deconectata inante de a face conexiunile.

4. Apoi, introduceti firele de iesire AC respectand polaritatea indicata pe terminale dupa care strangeti bine
suruburile terminalelor. Asigurati-va ca ati conectat mai intai conductorul de protectie PE ( ).

5. Asigurativa ca ati efectuat conexiunile in mod corect si ca firele sunt bine fixate.
ATENTIONARE: Important
Asigurati-va ca ati conectat firele AC respectand polaritatea. Daca firele L (faza) si N (null) sunt conectate
invers, ar putea cauza scurtcircuit cand invertoarele7 lucreaza in paralel.
ATENTIE: Aparate precum cele de aer conditionat necesita cel putin 2-3 minute pentru a porni, deoarece
are nevoie de timp pentru a echilibra gazul refrigerant in interiorul circuitelor. Daca are loc o cadere de
curent de la retea ce revine la scurt timp, aparatul de aer conditionat s-ar putea defecta. Pentru a preveni
aceasta, verificati daca aparatul dvs. de aer conditionat are functia de intarziere la pornire. Altfel, invertorul
va intra in eroare de suprasarcina si va intrerupe alimentarea catre consumator pentru a va proteja aparatul,
dar, cu toate acestea, ar putea totusi cauza daune interne aparatului de aer conditionat.

Conectarea modulelor fotovoltaice


ATENTIONARE: Iniante de a conecta modulele PV, instalati mai intai intre invertor si modulele
fotovoltaice un intrerupator de circuti DC.
AVERTIZARE! Toate conexiunile trebuie efectuare doar de personal calificat.
AVERTIZARE! Pentru siguranta sistemului si un mod de operare eficient este foarte important sa folositi
tipul si dimensiunea de cablu recomandata.

Alegerea modulelor PV:


Inainte de a alege modulele PV, consultati mai intai cerintele de mai jos:
1. Tensiunea de circuit deschis (Voc) a modulelor PV (module fotovoltaice) nu trebuie sa depaseasca
tensiunea maxima de circuit deschis cu panoul fotovoltaic a invertorului

Urmati pasii de mai jos pentru conectarea modulelor PV:
1. Indepartati protectia de 10 mm de pe conductorii pozitiv si negativ
2. Verificati polaritatea conexiunii cablurilor a modulelor PV si a conectorilor de
intrare PV. Apoi, conectati polul pozitiv (+) al cablului de conexiune la polul
pozitiv (+) al modulului PV. Conectati polul negativ (-) al cablului de conexiune la polul
negativ (-) al modulului PV.

3. Asigurati-va ca toate firele sunt conectate corect si sunt bine fixate.

Conexiuni comunicare
Va rugam sa folositi cablul de comunicare inclus pentru a conecta invertorul al PC. Introduceti CD-ul in
computer si urmati instructiunile de pe ecran pentru a instala software-ul de monitorizare. Pentru detalii privind
