A Sample Emcee Script in The Graduation Ceremony
A Sample Emcee Script in The Graduation Ceremony
I. Processional
Good morning. We are grateful to be able to celebrate graduation day once more this year because we
want the graduates to remember it or mark it on their calendars for the years to come. Despite the fact
that we are still dealing with the threat of a COVID-19 pandemic, the fact that we are here today to
celebrate graduation is a great blessing for us. It signifies the end of one phase of one’s educational
journey and the beginning of another, more challenging phase of one’s quest for a better life and future.
Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the 4th Senior High School Graduation Rites of Maria Ana High School
with the theme ______________
IV. Invocation
As a sign of respect to our beloved country, please stand for the singing of the Triple Hymns, to be
conducted by Mrs. Reyna L. Ostana, and to be followed by an Invocation to be led by Mrs. Mina N.
Solena.
V. Welcome Address
Please be seated. To formally start this commencement exercise, let us hear from our principal, Mr. Roel
P. Antipolo, for his welcome address.
For the distribution of diplomas for the SHS graduates, once again, I’d like to call our Schools Division
Representative, Dr. Reymond M. Villaforte, to be assisted by our school principal, Mr. Roel P. Antipolo,
and our municipal mayor, Hon. Miquel T. Delos Santos.
VIII. Message
Let us now hear a message of inspiration from our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Reymond M.
Villaforte.
(After, read and give the certificate of recognition and the token.)
After the battles come the rewards. Ladies and gentlemen, the awarding of honors and special awards to
SHS graduates.
X. Words of Gratitude
No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of others. That is why you simply
express gratitude to all beings who have contributed to their current achievements. Words of gratitude
to be delivered by Mr. Rain T. Villamonte, With Highest Honors, General Academic Strand.
XI. Pledge of Loyalty
We will now witness the graduates as they state their Pledge of Loyalty to their Alma Mater, to be led by
Ms. Richelle Anne V. Rimones, with High Honors, General Academic Strand.
Never give up on your dreams. Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have
within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for your greatest dream. Fight for your
dreams and your dreams will fight for you. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s watch and listen to the
graduates’ “new normal” moves as they lip-sync their graduation song, “Fight,” and do lively dance
moves to it.
The art of beginning is great, but the art of ending is even greater. It is precise to acknowledge and
recognize all the working hands that made this graduation ceremony possible. Ladies and gentlemen,
our FPTA President, Mr. Ronie T. Milao, in his words of acknowledgement and closing remarks.
IX. Recessional
SHS graduates, be bold, courageous, and be your best. Your journey is never-ending. There’s always
going to be growth, improvement, and adversity; you’ve just got to take it all in and do what’s right,
continue to grow, and continue to live in the moment. To dream high is like reaching for the stars.
Wherever you go, go with all your heart. If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door so that success will
come to you. Face the challenges confidently and be positive in overcoming them. Congratulations!
The Recessional…….
