Essay: Explain the following questions briefly.

1. Identify the most significant event in which teaching with Technology as a new
strategies. 25 points

 Invention of the computer and its use as a tool and aid for imparting education.
Educators often use computers so they can prepare their notes and presentation of
their topics or lectures. Through the use of computers as a medium for learning, it
is being used to develop computer-based training packages, to provide distance
education using the e-learning software and conduct online examinations.

2. Identify at least five (5) keywords and explain that are essential in the Previous
lesson in using technology as tool for teaching. (5points each).

 Technology - is the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of


human life or, as it is sometimes phrased, to the change and manipulation of the
human environment.
 E-Learning - is the delivery of learning and training through digital resources.
Although eLearning is based on formalized learning, it is provided through
electronic devices such as computers, tablets and even cellular phones that are
connected to the internet.
 Computer - is a device that accepts information (in the form of digitalized data)
and manipulates it for some result based on a program, software, or sequence of
instructions on how the data is to be processed.
 Online Examination - is a type of virtual exam undertaken on a computer device
(desktop, laptop) using the internet. One can give and take an online examination
from any location remotely.
 Online Research - is a research method that involves the collection of
information from the internet. With the advent of the internet, the traditional pen-
and-paper research techniques have taken a backseat and made room for online
research.

3. What are the advantages of using technology in the sector of Education? 20


points

 Learners who are able to communicate better through technological means will
also perform better academically as well as in work settings because
communication skills are very important when you want to get your point across
effectively.

4. What are the advantages of using technology in the sector of advertising


concepts? 20 points
 Technology allows advertisers to respond quickly to changes in the marketplace.
For example, if a competitor develops a product that quickly becomes popular, an
advertiser can alter the image of his own product to more closely resemble the
competitor's.

5. What are the advantages of using technology in the sector of sports area? 10
points

 There are simpler models for casual sportsmen, even smartwatches with state-of-
the-art technology to monitor the performance of elite athletes with maximum
accuracy. They can measure the heart rate, amount of calories expended, steps
taken throughout the day and even the level of oxygenation in the blood.

6. What are the advantages fusing technology in the sector of medicine? 10points

 The use of medical technology tools safeguards patient safety. First, there are
alerts on medication, flags and reminders, consultation and diagnosis reports, and
the easier availability of patient data. Particularly, alerts can help someone adhere
to specific treatments and schedules of treatment.
