specialization for global empowerment.

Provide managerial skills for executive leaders and non-teaching personnel in various offices towards

Description of the Course

The course deliberates on theories and models of individuals and group behavior in
organizations, fundamentals of organizational behavior, supervision and motivation of
workers and problems of interpersonal relationships.

General Objectives:

The purpose of the course is to assist graduate students understand and manage
human behavior in organization.
