Projects
Digitalisation of lubrication system.
Worked in a project of digitalising the lubrication system of a mill lubrication unit. The physical pressure we took in a
lubrication unit is converted in a digital mode by putting a controller along with pressure transmitter which emits 4-20 ma .
And thus along with the DCS the site can also see the actual pressure created by the pneumatic pump.
Automatic bottle filling system using PLC
Made an automated bottle filling system using PLC. The project combined with number of sensors, motors that there
relative motions are constrained. The project took 2-3 months of rigorous effort and in result we presented it and succeeded
in getting A+ marks in it.
Automatic , IC tester
Made a device in second year of graduation which could test an IC whether it is faulty or not.
