ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AND SERVICE PROVISION WEB SITE & MOBILE APPLICATION
JUSTIFICATION:
• The idea of B2B application taken from the miscommunication between engineering
service providers and industrial suppliers from one side and end customers from other
side.
• End customers whom most likely are chemical-petrochemical-oil&gas companies tend
to get the required service or to find the supplies by random searching in the market
or by tenders at best cases, which cost too much time and employers to find out the
suitable supplier.
• As a very well experienced engineers in the market, have already participated in
most of the Egyptian mega projects like: ACUD-SINAI-NCIC-SANMAR-SONKER-
EPC…etc., we started designing our application to close that gab and to achieve
profit from that operations.
• Simply, Our Application is designed to close the gab between suppliers and customers
through two different software interfaces one for supplier named as B2B SUPPLIER
and one for customer B2B CUSTOMER.
B2B SUPPLIER:
-Is the application that service providers and suppliers will use to add their items or
service details that will be supported by photos , documents and references required
for anyone to be accepted by the app as a registered supplier/service provider.
-Also the app will be eligible to ask the supplier about the bank accounts-best payment
plans..etc. , and will get his acknowledgment on the applicable terms and conditions.
-The supplier will be required to update his own store daily at a specific time
determined by the application for ensuring the application is continuously up to date,
The service provider will update his availability and readiness as well.
B2B CUSTOMER:
-The customer interface is the place where the order shall be placed,
Customer who is engineering service seeker or specific supplies searcher will be
required to bass the application policy pre-acknowledgment step.
-Then, He will be asked to complete the registration form which will contain his own
bank accounts and preferred payment plans.
-Separately the customer will have the option to attach all the required engineering
drawings and full specifications of the items to be supplied or the service to be
carried out.

ADMIN:
In between customer and supplier interfaces, there will be an admin application
interface which is the app manager will be responsible for:
1. Receive orders from customers and review through the application technical team.
2. Receive notifications from interested suppliers and check eligibility.
3. Arrange eligible suppliers/service providers as per volume and references.
4. Get notification from banker about credibility order of suppliers and customers
and obtain banker approval for placing new operation.
Note: Two B2B platforms shall be available for both suppliers and customers,
Mobile application (Flutter construction) &website(Laravel construction) for smooth
access during indoor &outdoor business.
